Their packing methods are so shockingly bad that I’m left with broken furniture and significant financial losses.
My TV was wrapped in just one layer of bubble wrap—no cardboard, no corner protection. It arrived damaged.

Regarding your concerns:
We take packing and handling standards very seriously, and our team followed industry best practices when preparing your items for transport. All your belongings were wrapped and packed securely by our experienced crew, and the shipment was delivered to our trade partners in good condition with no damages or issues reported at that stage. Unfortunately, we understand that damages were noted upon the shipment’s final delivery, and we empathize with the frustration this has caused.
As you are aware, we promptly provided you with the necessary claim forms, and our insurance provider has investigated the matter thoroughly. They assessed the claim and extende d you an offer, which you accepted. While your claim exceeded this amount, the final settlement was based on the evidence available and the coverage terms of your policy.
It is important to note that we initiated a further investigation with our trade partners to understand the cause of the damages. However, we were unable to proceed further when you indicated you were not willing to participate in this process. We would like to clarify that without a full investigation, we cannot take further steps or determine additional liability.
We always aim to resolve issues fairly and transparently, and we are sorry that this matter did not result in the resolution you hoped for. If you have additional evidence or would like to revisit the investigation process, we are happy to assist in providing relevant details to the insurance provider for reconsideration.
