Great service from start to finish. We had heavy rain all day on our moving day, and the team of removal guys were great. Very courteous and careful with everything they did. Would highly recommend them.

Very happy with the service from beginning to end. The office staff were fantastic. Moving house is stressful at the best of times but Goodfellows have made the whole process stress free.
They guys on the day were superb they did not stop working and managed some very heavy items with extreme care

Really disappointed. I’ve used them a few times in years gone by and was always so impressed with Rod etc. but this team was heavy handed, slapdash and unprofessional. Used bad language in front of the kids. Broke a load of furniture (three sets of drawers, kitchen table and desk) and then blamed it on our building it, vaped in the house and in the face of my Asthmatic mum. Trod mud in the carpet after I asked three times to put sheets down. Chucked boxes around which broke contents and left two boxes upside down so contents smashed. Asked twice to return my coffee mugs and they left with them in the van. A shambles and nothing like they used to be. They bashed the boxes around so much they actually knocked the radiator off the wall in my new house … and then started questioning my kids about what I did for a living - seriously?! This sounds so farfetched even writing it - shocking service! Do not use them!

We recently used Goodfellows for the second time to move us from a rural property to a village 15 miles away. Both times we have used them they have been good value for money, hard working, professional and friendly. Highly recommend them to anyone moving in the Kent area.

We used Goodfellows to move us from Maidstone to Deal. They were really excellent throughout. A very professional, experienced company which took a lot of stress out of the removal process.
The team of lads who did the move were very professional, friendly, extremely efficient and amazingly quick! We had some difficult items to move but nothing was problem and they really knew what they are doing!
We had the kitchen packed, (would highly recommend), but otherwise packed ourselves, with boxes they provided. Everything arrived in perfect condition.
Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend Goodfellows for a stressfree removals!
