Thank you to all the Avenue Removal Team for the most incredible service in helping move my 83-year-old mum from her house to her new flat. From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing—professional, efficient, and incredibly kind. The entire team was so friendly and reassuring, making what could have been a stressful day feel effortless. They worked quickly yet carefully, ensuring everything was handled with care and respect.

Jordan and the team moved us approx 100 miles including full packing service. Outstanding from first contact through to picking up the materials once we'd unpacked. Very professional, efficient and thoughtful throughout, careful packing and handling, and very reassuring and patient even though our completion was delayed by several hours. Highly recommended.

We used Avenue Removals to move house last week and we are so glad we did! They were courteous, hard working and really could not have done enough for us. Jordan and his team were fantastic in our recent move. We really can't rate them any more highly. They were incredibly efficient, very professional and above all a pleasure to be with over the 3 days they helped us move. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we highly recommend their services. We and others in our family have used them on numerous occasions and they have always been brilliant.

What a truly stress free move experience! From meeting Jordan to moving house! I changed the moving date 3 times! No problem! We moved from a huge 4 bed grade 2 listed building into a 3 bedroom terrace. No problem. We thought we'd packed, we hadn't, they finished it off! No problem. Jordan and his team worked so hard. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, he was there at 7.30am with a team of 3, they were all very polite and accommodating, we lived above a pub and all of our furniture had to come down a tiny set of windy stairs, they probably went up and down those stairs over a hundred times!!! A massive thankyou to AVENUE REMOVALS who made what was a very daunting task for us, a very easy experience. I really couldn't recommend them any more highly.
