Surrey removals have just moved us into our new home. What an excellent job. They are very professional. From Jamie who came to visit us and gave us a very competitive quote. We had to wait over a year to move. Jamie kept in contact and waited patiently for everything to complete. Kieran and his team did an excellent job over 3 days consistently checking with us making sure all was going well. Finally he walked through checking we were happy. Well done Surrey removals. Surrey home removals were great from start to finish. Jamie did a really helpful walk around and discussed everything that would happen on the day and discussed certain items in home. Emma was great at communicating in between move. On moving day it was very smooth. The team Michael, Lucas and Adrian couldn’t do enough! Lovely friendly guys, professional and efficient. Couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to remake furniture pieces. I would definitely recommend

Fantastic company to work alongside. Jamie’s initial walk around was very helpful and made me feel confident about using the company. Their communication throughout the process was clear, regular and appropriate. Value for money was great - similar pricing to other companies we had quote. The team arrived to pack on the Wednesday (my only criticism was that it says from 8:30-9 as an estimated arrival time but didn’t arrive till 9:15 which was fine however when I tried to call the mobile and landline it didn’t ring just went straight through to answer phone which was a little worrying but the team arrived shortly after). The packers were efficient, everything had been well wrapped and cared for, polite. The team leader contacted us just before they were finishing up to come back and do a walk though. The next morning the team arrived to continue the removal - couldn’t believe how many team members this meant that they were incredibly quick! The team worked incredibly hard throughout both days and were finished by 1600 allowing us time to get everything we could tidied away. I loved that the team rebuilt our beds and other furniture this meant we could get on with other jobs.Read more

We used SHR for a residential house move for a detached house move in Surrey. Jamie and the team quoted competitively, were straightforward and offered a 3 day service which meant that there was zero stress on moving day. I would 100% recommend. The team were courteous, polite and no ask was too much. We are very happy that we selected them, and they did a fantastic job.

Fantastic move. Communication during the quotation phase and in the build up wasn't perfect but the move itself was first class. Kieran and his team (Darren, Michael, Andre etc) were really efficient and tremendously helpful and friendly. Would definitely use again.
