Great removals service by Craig and the team. Did exactly as promised, and in a calm, careful, polite and professional way( with efficiency and humour). Moving house is not easy but these guys did a great job in helping as best they could to make it smooth, thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service
We have used these guys twice now and couldn’t be more grateful or happy with the quality, professionalism and efficiency of their service.
I always view Google reviews with some skepticism, as my wife says there are people who will give the Ritz a bad review.
That said I will nonetheless wholeheartedly recommend these guys to anyone who wants a stress free and efficient move!

I cannot recommend Orwell Removals highly enough! Just from the initial visit from Craig for my quote I was filled with confidence and knew I didn’t want anyone else to assist with my move and the choice was 100% the right choice. People saying moving is of the most stressful things to do which it is but move day with Orwell Removals made it a relaxed and stress free day, the team work incredibly hard and make it so seamless, huge thank you and I would never use anyone else!!

We would highly recommend Orwell Removals & Storage. We received a gold star service from moving out of our previous home to our new home. They stored all our belongings for six months between moves and everything was in perfect condition when we finally unpacked. Craig has an excellent team of staff who we found extremely helpful and polite. The charges are very competitively priced and we can’t thank them enough đź‘Ť.

I could not recommend Craig and his team enough. They made the move so easy and stress free. Nothing was too much for the lads they worked their butts off and were just so friendly, funny and caring. What is a really stressful process just wasn't with these guys.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Horrendous unrepairable damage to sofas in transit, unwilling to take any responsibility. Absolutely disgusting service, unprofessional and rude on the phone. Hung up when I tried to make a complaint. I will warn everyone against this company!!!!
Edit: the 2 people who collected the sofa were completely unprofessional and ended up taking the cover they brought off of the sofa, as it kept falling off, not fit for purpose at all!!. So the sofa was left exposed. The sofa was clearly put in the storage locker in a fashion that damaged several parts of the sofa. Upon collection, before the sofas were even removed from the storage locker, it was evident they were damaged, and we contacted your company within minutes of returning home with them. You hung up the phone, and refused to answer any further calls. I will ensure others are aware of your complete joke of a company, and you continue to take absolutely no responsibility which is clearly demonstrated in your response. So thanks for reinforcing my review with your abysmal response! An absolute mockery of a company. Completely cowboys!Read more
