4 men with 2 vans turned up to remove our items, yet only 1 van turned up to our new house, so I simply do not understand why they did this. Did you just give up?? What was the thought process behind this??
I just find it quite ridiculous to charge us for the removal of all our items, when you literally have not removed all of our items. It's a 3 hour round trip just to get our things, not to mention the time it will take to physically move it. I think I would be even more infuriated if I wasn't young or physically able to move the furniture.
And then to not take any accountability for your obvious mistake is really quite poor.
To summarise: your initial customer service was excellent, but the aforementioned events have brought your rating down to 1 star. The simple fact remains - don't charge for a job that you haven't completed!Read more
