The quotation I had got from DUMONT MOVING & STORAGE LTD was the most attractive one (out of three quotes). Throughout the service they were very professional, attentive to all the details and the whole process was smooth. My entire flat in London was stored and transported to Lisbon through DUMONT MOVING, and I was highly impressed by the excellent service provided. I definitely recommend DUMOND MOVING.

A company that has not complied with the agreements since the beginning, unprepared staff, and more absurd, I had to cancel my credit card when I discovered “that company” dumond, used my financial information to take advantage. Unbelievable. It is necessary to be very careful, the reviews give me a completely wrong impression of this company. Is very sad. When I went to complain I found out that the contact is in Portugal, and that he could do nothing !!

During his move, Mr. Augostin requested additional services beyond our initial agreement, including transporting items to storage and disposing of certain belongings. He assured our team he would cover the costs for these extra services, but unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, he has not fulfilled this payment.
When we continued to request payment, Mr. Augostin informed us that if we pursued the agreed fees, he would leave negative reviews. While we respect every client’s right to share their experience, we believe in upholding our values and setting the record straight.

Despite the initial miscommunication due to language barrier, the two movers worked extremely hard and were very efficient with timing. They took away the stress that comes with moving (with a toddler,too!) and were really friendly
Things were well packed and secured in van
