This review may change but currently we are up for an additional $1400 in offloading fees. Have yet to be quoted on reassembly fees but seems to be upwards of $2000. We also copping an extra $400 for moving our offload address by a 12 minute drive.
There seems to be a massive disconnect between:
Pre-sales (oh yeah we can store your stuff for free on each end)
Sales: Storage isn’t free but we have the best rate
Operations: These are all the costs that you didn’t know about
Initial quote: just over $16k
Likely end cost: just under $20k
Shop around and ask lots of questions as this wasn’t the quote we’d have gone with, in fact not even close

I’ve used these removalists twice in the space of a year and both times they were efficient, on time and friendly. They were quick to help with anything needed and had me moved in less time than expected. I’d highly recommend for a cost effective and professional service.

I used the business to move goods 120 miles to my new home. The business was very responsible, professional and helpful. They assigned a 2 man team who were really happy to work and do what was required without complaint, and showed real willingness to work and do it right. They did everything right and was open to any requests and requirements made. Zian, the business owner was very nice and even attended an early morning call very politely and professionally. The rate was very reasonable, especially after I was let down less than 36 hours prior to a previous arrangement with another company. Overall very happy with the experience. Definitely will recommend and use then should I need to move again.

Zain and his team helped us move house at incredibly short notice after our sale went through quicker than we expected. They were prompt, friendly and helpful. We had so much stuff that it took longer than anyone expected but the guys carried on tirelessly and without complaint. Highly recommended.
