Great experience all round, customer service was brilliant from start to finish, appreciated the call the day before the big move to confirm their attendance the next day, arrived on time, and Jamie and Co were helpful and friendly during the actual move. Thanks.

Jamie and his team of Jacob and Dan were brilliant in everything they did for us. They were very friendly and had a 'can do' attitude. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone considering a house move.

As we lost our original removal company due to our buyer exchanging too late we turned to Lambs for help. Charlie and his team were brilliant and took some of the stress out of a very stressful situation, including possible having to stay in a hotel due to the banking app outage causing severe delays to our completion. Charlie, Tim and Ginge stayed on beyond their working hours to make sure we were able to move into our property. Due to the exchange delay our move was carried out over a week meaning our belongings were gradually removed and taken into store resulting in a a much higher charge than we had originally expected but that was not Lamb's fault but the fault of our buyer. His thoughtlessness caused both us and the people we bought from to have extra costs. There was one breakage but Lambs responded quickly to this and provided compensation so that I can replace the 2 vases broken.

Excellent service from Lambs during our recent house move. Packing boxes delivered promptly and the service on the move day from Jamie, Mark and Deane was first rate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Thank you to James and the team at Lambs Removals for moving us this week. The team were there bright and early in the morning and with us until around 8pm as we didn’t get our keys until around 3pm. Every team member was smiling, helpful and friendly and made a stressful day feel good. It wasn’t a straightforward move with a tricky location to navigate but nothing was too much trouble for Lambs. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
