For a recent move from Dumfries & Galloway to West Cumbria, we used Macs. Good communication during the set up stage and throughout. We thought the pricing (to include a couple of days storage) was pretty reasonable. On the day we moved out, David and Duncan arrived. Fuelled by chocolate biscuits, ham sandwiches and builders' tea, they worked hard to load our 3 bed house on to their truck. Access wasn't brilliant, but they managed admirably. Arrival about 10:30, on their way at 2:10 pm. 2 days later, they pitched up at our new house, and everything was unloaded, without fuss, in less than 4 hours. We've moved quite a lot (6 times in 20 years) and Macs are well up there for customer service. Highly recommended, and thanks again Duncan & David - you were great.

Roco and Kevin thank you so much for your hard work today moving my mum from a 3 bed house to a 1 bed second floor flat. You were both brilliant and all 3 daughter's ( that you had to put up with) really appreciated everything you did. Above and beyond great service.

We cannot express enough as to how fantastic these guys are. We were having a ridiculous stressful day and nothing was too much for these guys. They took extra for us to help us out. Would recommed to everyone

I used full packing and removal service. I would highly recommend this company. Staff courteous, professional and efficient.All items well packed safely and securely delivered.A stressful situation made less stressful, the weather also helped all round as well. Excellent service. Actually first class. Not only did they show up early, they were efficient, friendly and extremely professional. They are not just good at their job, they are top notch. Would highly recommend them and use them over again.

Very prompt for my collection. My stuff is still in storage but Vic told me it's no problem. Easy to arrange and the removal guy was easy to work with.
