I recently booked 1 Van 1 Man to move some furniture. As the day approached, I added some items to the list, some of which were rather large and heavy. 1 Van 1 Man became 1 Van 2 Men: Dale and Mike. On the day, they arrived 15 minutes early, and got on with the job with tremendous energy, great organisation skills, and a very friendly disposition. In half the time I had anticipated, they had everything in the van and were ready to go. Dale and Mike. You'd be mad to hire anyone else!

Dale and Mike made a very difficult situation go very smoothly and easily. Lots of help before the day, an amazing job of the move and then all the help when they unloaded. They were very supportive and excellent value for money. I’m so relieved I chose them and they were also recommended by friends. You really are in safe hands with them. I praise them wholeheartedly.

The guys that helped me and my pregnant wife move house a few weeks ago were absolutely amazing. They couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I booked them last minute and they were able to help us three days later! Honestly can't recommend them enough!

Excellent, fast and efficient removal service. The two removal men were friendly and helpful and turned around my 1 bed flat removal within central York in 90 minutes flat! Charges were more than reasonable for the service I received. Total charge was £300 for van, fuel and labour. I can't remember the names of the guys but my booking was 8.30am on 22/11/24. I'm not sure if 1 Man 1 Van people read these reviews but just so they can be identified in case they do! They turned up on time and emptied my flat in 30 minutes and unloaded in a similar time. I would not hesitate to recommend 1 Man 1 Van to anyone. The man I spoke to when booking (name possibly Sam?) was also very friendly and helpful and quote and information came through very quickly on email.

Very late posting this review... meant to do immediately and forgot. I used 1 Van 1 Man removals in July to move house. Exemplary. On time. Spotlessly clean van. Friendly, efficient, no damage and a price which I think was very reasonable for the work and time involved. No hesitation in recommending!
