Very disappointing communication and delivery
DuffBros collected my belongings in the UK on 28 July for delivery to Milan. The collection was scheduled for 8–10am but they did not arrive until 12.45pm. This should have signalled how things were going to go!
After contacting several times with no response, I was finally told that my belongings would leave on 24 August and arrive approximately on 27 August. The delivery date passed without any proactive update, and I had to repeatedly chase for information. I was eventually told the goods were in France, with several other deliveries ahead of mine. I understand this was a shared load and never expected a dedicated delivery. My concern was the poor communication and repeated delays. My belongings finally arrived on 10 September, 44 days after collection. Even then the delivery was late! The delivery was scheduled for 9am but did not arrive until 11.30am. The belongings were eventually delivered, but the overall experience was stressful and the communication throughout was disappointing. This is by far the worst company I have used in several overseas moves.Read more

Der Anbieter hat sich über eine regionale Facebook Seite gemeldet. Firmensitz GB. Erledigung der Arbeit durch rumänische Subunternehmer. Wesentlich günstiger als alle anderen Anbieter. Aber Freundlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Geschwindigkeit, waren völlig in Ordnung.
