We used Russell’s for our recent house move. They were fantastic.
All the staff were really nice and helpful. They worked really hard and we couldn’t believe how quickly they packed up our stuff and then unloaded it the other end.
They gave us a lot of useful tips as we opted to pack ourselves and helped with all the awkward items.
Such lovely people . All a real credit to this family company

an amazing family firm. honest beyond belief.... not only did they find my phone.. (bank card etc and cash) they tried several avenues to try and contact me...even calling the coffee shop i use due to the loyalty card. that is above and beyond in my world. i cannot believe my luck that these nice people found my phone. it restores your faith in how honest some people can be... thankyou

Without question, THE best removals (and storage) company, and trust me I've tried others before i found Russells.
The guys who have moved me five times take such care with every item and are delightful to have in the house. So friendly, cheerful and genuine. I trust them with my most precious belongings, they have never let me down and actually go above and beyond to take care of everything.

Today we assisted the Russell’s removals team to lift a grand piano from a second floor balcony with a mobile crane. The operation was completed successfully due to the planning and attention to detail of Shaun and the team. Courteous professionals who hold the customers best interests close to heart.

Wow just wow!
Russells are an amazing family company to deal with. Everything is done with a smile and a 'can do' attitude. They are such a hard working team who just completely took the stress out of moving everything from a home we had lived in for 34 years with all its assosciated 'stuff', 350 miles away to the North of England.
Would highly recommend their full packing service also, which was just amazing, not one thing damaged and it just made the whole process completely stress free.
A highly recommended company who are a pleasure to deal with.

We had to move house due to having work done the company came in and packed for us, moved us and then some weeks later moved us back again. The staff were very nice and tidy. They moved furniture for me to a place I liked and back again, and back to were it started with a smile and a laugh with me. They picked up the boxes after I had unpacked. A very nice company to deal with, Family run, so I felt better. This is a personal issue for me, it meant the service I felt was more personal and you could feel the proud the workers had in the company. Many thanks for making our move a good one.
