This is the first time we have used a removal company. We were absolutely delighted with the professionalism of the teams. From John initially come out to quote for the removal, to the actual day, all of the guys were so professional helpful, and worked like troopers all day! 2.5 lorries later we were ready for the off, to our new home. Moving day, went so smoothly it was so easy for us, again the team works like troopers not stopping until everything was in and in the correct rooms and locations. The weather turned and we has a few down pours, however nothing got wet!! Thank you so so much for making the process so smooth and taking all the stress out of the move. Shaun, John and the guys I salute you all.

I just wanted to share our fabulous experience we had with the team from Russells Removals last week.
We were moving my 98 year old mother in law into our home so it was just a partial move. The team turned up exactly when planned, they were so cheerful, helpful and incredibly efficient.
We had a lot of large heavy items to move which was done with care which we all appreciated.
When they dropped the furniture at our house, they were incredibly efficient, nothing was too much trouble and everything was put in its new home.
The whole experience from booking to completion was seamless and stress free, I would highly recommend Russells to anyone and will use them if we ever move again!

We moved from Hampshire to Cornwall and used Russell’s Removals. What an excellent decision that was. Shaun, John and the team were exceptional. They were helpful, friendly and supportive and when we hit a late delay with our moving date they were flexible and able to accommodate our change of plans. They helped to reduce our stress levels with their professional and reassuring approach. They went over and above with everything and they receive a 10 out of 10 from us. Would recommend them to anyone.

We got a quote to move my mum from Salisbury to Monxton which was very reasonable. This included “packing the items into boxes” at Salisbury.
Russells boys arrived at 9.00am and it was seamless how the packing and loading machine of these lads went to work.
Over 2 mornings we were packed and the next morning it was all unloaded by mid afternoon. Brilliant.
All the lads were really friendly and they were definitely a team…. nice to see.
I will definitely recommend them and use them myself again.

I have used Russells more times than I care to remember! However, I would simply not use anyone else, Shaun and the team are amazing and do anything and everything in their power to try to make the physical move as painless as possible. We even changed our move date to ensure that we could use Russells rather than go anywhere else. I cannot praise their care for their customers and their amazing customer service highly enough. I can't recommend Russells enough! They moved me out of a townhouse in an hour without breaking a sweat. I highly recommend putting your furniture in their storage while decorating. It was certainly the best decision I made. It's safe and secure and nothing was damaged. They went above and beyond to move me in before Christmas. Thank you very much Russells!
