Fantastic service - can’t thank Simone, Mark and the guys enough for their help during our house move from Whitchurch to Overton in March 2026. They were very flexible with our ever-changing move date. The team arrived the day before our completion day to pack the majority of our boxes onto the van, which meant we were fully moved out by 9am on the day of the move! All of belongings felt very safe and nothing was damaged during the move. The best money we spent during the move process was to hire Test Valley Removals!

We recently moved house within Andover and couldn’t have asked for a better removals company to support us. From the very first conversation to the moment the last box was placed in our new home, the whole team - Simone, Mark, Taylor and Jack - were absolutely outstanding.
Simone deserves a special mention for her incredible support throughout the booking process. With all the uncertainty around our exchange and completion dates, she was patient, reassuring and completely transparent. She helped settle so many nerves, offering guidance and updates whenever we needed them. Her calm, approachable manner made what could have been a very stressful lead‑up feel far more manageable. We felt genuinely looked after every step of the way.
On moving day, Taylor and Jack arrived bright and early, ready to get started. They were incredible from start to finish - professional, engaging and so thorough in everything they did. They handled every item with real care and attention to detail, and their positive, calm energy made me feel relaxed on a day that should (and could) have been incredibly stressful. Thanks to their speed, efficiency and teamwork, the entire move went without a single hitch.
Mark added an extra layer of expertise, overseeing the loading process with skill and precision - the “Jenga of the van” was handled like an art form. His direction and support kept everything running smoothly and safely, and it was clear how well the team worked together.
Collectively, this company and its people are genuinely fantastic. They were reasonably priced, clear in their communication, trustworthy, supportive and, to top it all off, great fun to have around. Moving house is rarely easy, but they made it feel effortless.

We asked Simone and Mark to help us pack and clear our parents' house and they were just amazing. That job is a hard thing to do in difficult circumstances but Simone and Mark and the team were so kind and thoughtful throughout, from first meeting to draw up the quote to how they stacked stuff into storage for us. They absolutely knew what they were doing and went about the whole process professionally but with good cheer and humour. We're so pleased we used them and would highly recommend.
