[Name removed by Sirelo] offered us great advice in terms of what paperwork to fill in as well as what we will need in terms of space in the trucks. [Name removed by Sirelo] was great on the day to organise the customs paperwork and [Name removed by Sirelo] in the truck worked so hard to ensure we were loaded and unloaded quickly and with no fuss.

I’ve moved dozens of times and have worked with some of the largest global moving companies. This was the first time I was organising it myself and [Name removed by Sirelo] at JCL helped me through every aspect of the process - from the initial quote to answering questions on volume and arranging a suitable time for pick up and delivery in the destination Country. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough for the approach and care of my move. I hired a 3.5T Luton Van and moved a lot of boxes and furniture. Not a single item broke or was damaged (this hasn’t happened before!) and I was grateful to the driver who was cheerful and helpful from pick up ti delivery a few days later. [Name removed by Sirelo] has a great attitude towards her job and is an asset to the company !

A very stressful move was made much easier by [Nameremoved by Sirelo] who was always available and kept me updated at all times and guided me through the customs and paperwork process.
Our shipment was loaded with care and transported efficiently and quickly.
The cost was competitive.
It arrived safely and when I was kept informed of delivery times.

My experience with JCL was great.
[Name removed by Sirelo] was amazing from the start, she helped me sort out all the documents I needed, helped me figure out the space I needed.
The move when smoothly and it was nice to know everything was under-control.
I had to follow up on a few details after, and shelly was always answering and reachable.
Defenitly would recommend.

Excellent experience
We first got quotes from several companies and JCL was the most competitive.
I had very good communication from the start with [Name removed by Sirelo], and closer to the moving date we got assigned our Spanish representative, [Name removed by Sirelo] All of the complicated customs documentation was provided with endless advice for us, which we needed😅.
On the moving day, the driver and van arrived with no problems. The driver was a really great guy, very friendly and very helpful.
En route the customs specialist managed to make sure we didnt pay any tax on our belongings' value, which was great!
When the driver arrived in Palafrugell he had phoned ahead to let us know as promised.
Everything was delivered with no problems.

Helpful
Drivers were late due traffic but did not inform me. It wasted my morning waiting for them.
