Great support and smooth experience. they are always ready to help, answer all the questions whenever is needed. The moving team was very professional and helpful. Good communication from office team and smooth customs clearance process. Overall no problems, very happy to recommend.

We used JCL to move to France and were very disappointed. They used sub contractors to move our belongings and obviously didn’t give a damn about them. When they arrived in France we found numerous items damaged and three items missing one being a 14ft double ladder.
We filed a claim for compensation for the missing and damaged items. Over 4 months later we were informed by the insurance company that JCL policy doesn’t payout for
Old for new and so they would only payout on second hand value which they work out by looking through sites like eBay. 6 months after our move we have finally recieved our money but it is about a third of what the value of our items were. Very little correspondence from the company during our claim. If we would have known that they were going to sub most of the job out we never would have used them as sub contractors just want to get the job done asap and care of peoples property isn’t their priority.

Great comms from [Name removed by Sirelo] organising and being flexible with options. Movers and driver were super helpful, stuck with it for moving some difficult pieces out of the house due to house shape, and took care of loading and unloading my stuff. Thank you!
