Excellent service! Thanks to efficient and smooth communication, we managed to complete paperwork for the customs just a few days before the collection. The collection and delivery were on time and all our goods arrived undamaged.

Excellent service! [Name removed by Sirelo] was amazing in supporting the move, clear and quick communication & helpful! Driver was on time, again [Name removed by Sirelo] helped with tracking of the driver, helped with all the forms and explained everything! The whole move was done on a weeks notice- which was accommodated and delt with perfectly, making a very stressful week a lot less stressful! Couldn't recommend enough, great price for the transport distance, work and effort going into the move! Thanks again to the team who helped :)

Preislich war das angenommene Anbot gut und vergleichbar mit den besten österreichischen und spanischen Anboten. Das angebotene LKW-Volumen für die Übersiedelung war etwas größer als bei der Konkurrenz und zur Annahme des Anbots geführt.

Moving household belongings between countries can be incredibly stressful, but JCL made our recent relocation from Barcelona, Spain, to Galway, Ireland, an absolute breeze. Everything went exceptionally well and smoothly from start to finish.
From the initial quote, JCL stood out. They offered the most competitive price among all the companies we considered, without compromising on service. Communication was consistently clear and transparent throughout the entire process.
A huge part of this success was our move coordinator, [Name removed by Sirelo]. She was the epitome of professionalism, kindness, and patience. We had numerous questions, as you can imagine with an international move, and [Name removed by Sirelo] guided us every step of the way, ensuring we understood all the paperwork for customs clearance. Our belongings were delivered in the exact same pristine condition they were in when loaded onto the truck.
We also want to extend a special thank you to the driver. In Barcelona, he was instrumental in helping our team load our items, organizing everything incredibly efficiently, which undoubtedly contributed to everything arriving intact. He was equally helpful in Galway, assisting us with the unloading right on time. The speed of the delivery was truly incredible – our items were collected on a Saturday afternoon and delivered by Tuesday morning!
