We used this company in November last year and were really pleased. We recommended them to my brother who moved this summer and then my parents that moved this week. They have been great and took such great care of my parents who moved for the first time in 47 years! I am honestly so grateful. Thank you for helping to move us all to our new homes, and making it so much easier!

We relocated recently from Hertfordshire to Kent using these guys. I cannot recommend them enough. The communication with Tony, the manager, was easy and reliable. The team, that moved our stuff, was very professional, efficient and friendly to deal with. Overall it was a very good experience at a time when it can often get quite stressful. We have nothing bad to say at all. Thank you to Tony and his team!

Wouldn’t use them again.. the whole day felt like such a rush. 1 of the guys especially was literally running from the van to the house.
Lots of boxes were put in the loft which clearly stated ‘bedroom’ or ‘kitchen’
Told us they didn’t have enough room for the garden furniture and it’s not included in the price, which it 100% was included. They reluctantly went back to collect these items, luckily we didn’t move far.
When I booked this company I asked if they supplied hanging boxes as I needed these for a couple of days until new furniture arrived. They didn’t have enough of these as apparently they had been left on another job.
The kids clothes were just chucked into a box!
No shoe coverings or plastic to put down for carpet protection which isn’t ideal with cream carpets.
Luckily the house we moved into had left this down for us.
Not a great experience for us

Moving on recently handled our house move including all the packing and did an outstanding job. They were incredibly professional and friendly to deal with from getting the quote to the final drop off of our removal goods. Our belongings were packed and moved with care and attention to detail, not a single item was damaged and we particularly appreciated how meticulous all the boxes were labelled with their contents, making finding stuff in the new house and unpacking a breeze. I highly recommend them!

Selected this company to help with our house relocation after observing them moving others in/out in the area where we lived (this also included conversation with others whom used them - all glowing reports)
The communication prior and after the move was 10/10
Communications and temperament of the staff doing the move on both days 10/10
We used their prior day packing service, this was a huge lifesaver as meant we could live as normal until prior move day.
They arrived with a team of 3 that packed our entire house into their removal vans, starting at 8:30am and complete by 4pm
This included wrapping of breakable items
Boxes used, extremely solid 10/10
Package protection 10/10

I genuinely cannot express how grateful we are to the guys, they are our superheros. Took all the stress from packing to getting settled in the new house. The process I was dreading the most was done by them super quickly, efficiently and with care and humour ( even in the heat they did not complain once, I dont know how they do this). All items packed beautiful, placed where we wanted. They work so so hard, and deserve all the recognition. One cost in our moving process which we would pay over and over again! Not like with the other house buying and selling fees where you literally dont even know what you are paying for including estate agents and solicitors who do very little but charge a fortune, moving on guys are the real heros of the moving process and we 💯 recommend them.
