Everything was smooth. The online customer service helped me a lot but sometimes it feels like they don’t know the answer but better follow their suggestions. As long as you follow their instructions and recommendations, everything will be smooth. The service is fast too. Customer service is not 24/7. Read the information carefully, you’ll notice some information after payment or like the package list, you’ll only find that you have to fill in everything in details after packing already. And you won’t remember everything thing. So some important information will only be revealed late.

The whole process from quote to booking to pick up to delivery was well organised and smooth. The communication with send my bag was easy and you are talking with real people. My items arrived within the time frame stated in good condition. I would definitely use send my bag again and would highly recommend!

I sent 4 boxes with sendmybag from Berlin to London. The cost was very reasonable and they explained all the rules about customs, declaration etc very easy to understand. They sent all the packing lists etc as digitally downloadable and easy to print so it was very easy to follow the instructions. There are loads of videos on how to secure the bags and boxes and how to put labels on them on the official send my bad youtube page which is nice and easy. I received all my boxes in perfect condition. Overall I had a great experience.
Price
I wish the documents were available immediately after placing the order because currently they only made it available for download15 days prior to shipping which was a bit inconvenient.
