The whole process was seamless. I booked only 3-4 days in advance. The person who did the pick up was super helpful. I could track my bag all the way and it turned up on time. In addition, I was living on a property with a long entrance to the door and I was concerned I would not know the driver had arrived. I used the support function and they were very helpful.

I wanted to transport my luggage (massive suitcase) from Paris to Berlin and everything was delivered on time and safe as well. The pick-up was also smooth. They arrived and picked it up from my friend's place and they did not have to face any hassle.
I think it was very efficient. This was my second time using the service and I can definitely recommend (within Europe at least)
