Extremely fast, great service provided (I paid premium since I only had a short window to receive the packages), love that they worked with UPS, great customer service (I had to call in because I missed 1 box which I only received the next day but customer service provided visibility into it).

The process was so made so much more manageable than I expected. All the information provided walked me step by step through the documentation I needed to complete, as well as having easy to use templates available. There were lots of tips and advice, all of which I followed, and the whole process was as simple as such a complicated thing could be. The pick up was smooth and easy, with a very helpful driver. The tracking was good enough for my needs and kept me informed. The delivery was smooth. My suitcases arrived safely and in tact within the specified timeframe. The only slight hold up was customs as I didn’t realise how long it can take HMRC to approve the ToR, but that was minimal (probably only added a day onto things) and all in all the experience was very positive.

Sent my box, entered correct measurements that were printed on the box and purchased from official Walmart size; and even overestimated weight. They came back after my box was delivered asking for money lying about the box size being bigger when it is quite literally printed on the box itself by the retailer it can't get more official than this. Absolutely refuse to listen and want more money. Stay away from these dishonest people.

Very easy to use service and a stress free way of transporting luggage. Instructions are clear and easy to follow and your bag is picked up and dropped off by courier to your chosen addresses.
Efficient
Can't send any liquid or gels. Probably a security measure though and could be the same for other companies

This was a quick, affordable way to send an extra box of items when moving. It was easy to book, and the instructions were very clear with regards to how to secure your package to minimize any damage. The cost was reasonable, and the delivery was quick. I would definitely use them again.
