Very straightforward service. Best price I found for sending boxes. Fast shipping. Of course, you have to wait and pay for customs, but nothing crazy. We will use the service again soon.

The entire process (to ship the bags) was so painless. I contacted various companies, and some never got back to me (going on 9 months now), but Send My Bags answered every question, I felt immediately, - but definitely within what they say they will. The instructions to label and communications were so easy to follow. I did follow EVERY rule of what to ship, how to label clearly identified in their instructions, and my 6 very large boxes got there the day after WE got there. The boxes were in impeccable order, and not beat up at all. I haven't completely moved everything yet, and will absolutely use them for our next haul of household items for our move..

ONLY criticism - DO NOT TAPE SHUT YOUR BOXES UNTIL YOU GET THE INSTRUCTIONS/LABELS, AS A COPY HAS TO GO INSIDE. IF THIS WAS EXPLAINED I MISSED IT, AND SEALED, PLASTIC WRAPPED MY BOXES, AND HAD TO UNDO THEM ALL

Extremely fast, great service provided (I paid premium since I only had a short window to receive the packages), love that they worked with UPS, great customer service (I had to call in because I missed 1 box which I only received the next day but customer service provided visibility into it).
