The customer service every step of the way was exceptional. I contacted Send My Parcel multiple times during the time of shipping 14 boxes over 1 week. They were quick to respond and always had a solution that suited me. They were able to exactly track my shipment and in contact with the delivery partners, even though they were third parties. Highly recommend based on my experience ! This was the second time we used them but the first time for such a big move.

Excellent service! Instructions for paperwork and shipment preparation were easy to follow, bags/boxes all arrived in New York less than 48 hours after leaving Paris, tracking the shipment was easy through the app, and customer service was friendly, helpful and professional every step of the way. It's not an inexpensive service, but the cost was a better than all competitors we looked at. I would absolutely use Send My Bag again and recommend it to others.
