Punctual, transparent and professional. I booked the service the day before pickup. Boxes arrived in a couple of days and in perfect conditions. Great price. Would use this service again!

Efficient and transparent process, can't find a better price for a small move! Only improvement would be to have more precise time windows for the pick-up other than between 6am and 6pm.

Extremely reliable. Never been let down (used them about 8 times) by pick up times and deliveries. Reasonably priced for a terrific service. Able to track the items from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Easy with clear instructions, I could track my bag on the app and get an extra insurance coverage by taking a photo of my label. There was one point where we believed there may have been an error due to a delayed update to my tracking, and the team contacted me right away themselves to resolve it (it updated within an hour later)
