Paid £64.59 to ship one box to Italy. The carrier delivered it to the wrong property, where a stranger signed for it; we only got it back because they brought it over. My formal complaint went unanswered past Send My Bag’s own deadline, while they chased me for an £84 surcharge and threatened debt recovery. FedEx refunded the shipping and reversed the surcharge within a day. Send My Bag never apologised.

Arrives within 5 days of sending which is a massive plus - door to door service for smaller items. We decided not to take any bigger items back. Customer service are incredibly helpful and communication is excellent 👌

Everything was smooth. The online customer service helped me a lot but sometimes it feels like they don’t know the answer but better follow their suggestions. As long as you follow their instructions and recommendations, everything will be smooth. The service is fast too. Customer service is not 24/7. Read the information carefully, you’ll notice some information after payment or like the package list, you’ll only find that you have to fill in everything in details after packing already. And you won’t remember everything thing. So some important information will only be revealed late.

The whole process from quote to booking to pick up to delivery was well organised and smooth. The communication with send my bag was easy and you are talking with real people. My items arrived within the time frame stated in good condition. I would definitely use send my bag again and would highly recommend!
