I moved a walk away from one house to the other. But because the foot fall was far from the carpark from my previous address I got charged a extra £130 on top of the agreed amount. They were almost 2 hours late so most of my frozen stuff had defrosted.Half of the stuff on the list I had already managed to move before they came. I'm still 3 months later waiting for a receipt for the extra amount I paid to move a minute from one house to the other. Bad service never again would I refer or use.

I hired the company to provide a FULL move and yet 80 boxes and other household items left behind,
I ended up hiring a Luton van myself.
The management confirmed beforehand I had hired 2 Luton vans and A FULL REMOVAL and yet the company was happy to leave my belongings behind as the 2 vans were full.
So you hire 2 vans for half a move???
Disgusting service and false promises
