Avoid this company at all costs. The company has failed to provide evidence of missing items and displayed unprofessional behavior. Avoid further complications by choosing a more reliable and trustworthy delivery service for your shipments. To add to that the manager at the delivery trading service is like an animal. She has no behaviour and doesn't know how to talk to people. All she did was delay me from getting my goods and slapped on storage fees. I know this because her own member of staff told me because me and her had a disagreement so she dealt with me harshly and slapped on charges. Never again.

Beware of West Indies Freight and Jamaica Trading delivery services. Items from my shipment were stolen, and despite requesting a partial refund, it was declined. The manager in Jamaica promised to check CCTV footage from February 9th, but to date, there has been no update. West Indies Freight sent me a receipt with the missing items. Despite my reasonableness, they have lied and attempted to deny any wrongdoing.

From the very beginning, the team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. They handled my vehicle with great care, ensuring it was securely protected for the journey. This meticulous care was evident upon delivery, as my vehicle arrived on time and in perfect condition, without a single scratch or dent. The office staff are concuenous, caring and helpful, in the yard , care is taken over the goods being shipped, the management are dedicated to ensuring that they are undertaking your wishes and are adamant your barrel/crate/vehicle, etc gets to its destination with care . I would not hesitate to recommend these , 100% reliable 👍🏻

The service we had both in the UK with the office and packers was excellent, I was a bit panicky about the process but they made it clear and easy to navigate. The brokers they used in Barbados were incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole clearance and customs experience painless and have handled everything with no issue whatsoever! Very highly recommended
