I've used My Baggage at least 20 times. Each time my parcels arrived as promised, on-time and at the correct location. Their website is intuitive and easy to use. I plan to continue to use My Baggage for all my intermational moving needs. Oh! And I had to call their customer service line once. He was professional and resolved my issue that moment. Bravo My Baggage!

My son moved from London, UK back to the United States, he had a lot of books and various personal items, as I he had been living in the UK for 3+ years. My baggage was a less expensive and more convenient to send his excess items home. Everything arrived in perfect condition and quicker than originally scheduled. I would highly recommend My Baggage for international shipping needs!

I have been a loyal user of mybaggage for nearly 10 years since I moved to university and in my travelling work lifestyle since. They always collect on the day booked and deliver to the address, sometimes earlier than what you’ve paid for which is amazing service. I’ve never had anything lost or broken.

My baggage (large 27kg box) arrived undamaged (even though there were potentially breakable things which I had packaged carefully but knew they were at my own risk) and promptly via FedEx. Good communication on tracking the parcel and I was able to postpone delivery by 1 day once it was in transit to be able to be home to receive it. An excellent and affordable service that I have used regularly over the years (living back and forth between different countries).

My experience with My Baggage was excellent. The boxes were picked up in UK when they said they would be and delivered to my coastal home when they said they would arrive. The boxes and contents were all in tact.
