Our packages actually arrived ahead of schedule. Other than one of the boxes failing (not My Baggage fault) everything was fine. Booking process was very easy!

I used my-baggage in June 2026 when I was relocating from Germany to UK. I was a bit skeptical due to some reviews I had seen on reddit but it turned out really great. The service was faster than I imagined. Luggage was picked up on 1st June and delivered on 5th June. The pickup driver was also very friendly. He called me phone even when the name on my doorbell had fallen off without my notice and help me pick up my bag down the stairs. Tracking updates were on point. The price is also way cheaper than a regular fedex or DHL delivery. It saved me so much time and energy compared to dragging my luggage at an airport. I would definitely use this service again in the future.
