Last year, My Baggage lost my boxes of personal records, amounting to 600 dollars. They told me they would not help out and directed me to DHL who was to 'deliver' the box. A year later, I face another problem with My Baggage. They tried charging me an additional €374 euros to a package I already paid €180 euros for, claiming it was another dimension. A lot didn't make sense with their 'new estimate' and really makes they seem like a scam. They even said they couldn't find any traces of my lost package from last year. I should have never tried their services a second time. Yes, the package arrived incredibly fast, but losing one valuable package and ripping off their customer nearly 400 extra euros is outrageous !! Beware

Everything worked perfectly. I had to change my delivery address a couple of times and it was dealt with swiftly - I had the extra flexi cover, so no charge. The whole process, from pick up to delivery, was efficient and friendly.

They lost my bag and I am a student and can't afford to replace my lost clothes. They have taken over a month and have not found my bag so cannot make an insurance claim until they officially agree it is lost.. Poor service using the most unreliable Parcelforce. Had three expensive sports bras in the bag and their compensation will not cover one of them, they are cheats and liars. My advice is to stay clear of this charlatan operation.

5-7 days they said... it’s easy they said...

It’s been nearly a month of trying to get my son his birthday gifts. I’ve been filling out form after form - emailing 3 different departments to desperately try and get him his bag.

Now they are telling me they are charging me storage.

I’m NEVER using this service again!!!

There was a delay at customs as you only entered 2 items on your customs forms (for a large item we recommended it should be 5-20 items and we displayed you a warning at booking about only declaring 2 items), you declared them as used personal effects and then wanted to change them to gifts. It took a while to resolve the issue and get new forms completed. If there is anything else we can help with just let us know.
Excellent value service, was kept well informed about collection, transit and delivery throughout the entire process.

Because they are trying to remove my negative review on trustpilot, I now have to write on every possible platform to expose this HORRIBLE company for who they really are.

My collection was booked for yesterday…

My collection was booked for yesterday 13 February 2020. It is now 14 February at 11:20am and the courier has still not arrived. Beyond wasting more than a day now of my time, My Baggage is not exactly stepping up by providing updates or remedies. After asking how I will be compensated for the loss of my time, I was told to email them once my parcel arrives to its destination. At this point, I am doubting whether my parcel will even be picked up let alone arrive at its destination.

*** In reference to your response, I used this same exact address for the previous 5 shipments, which were all successfully collected. Why is the same address now an issue on the 6th collection? This is not a reasonable excuse. For all prospective customers out there, My Baggage 'cannot accept liability for collection or delivery failures,' despite a high price you pay. I will take my money elsewhere next time, and I advise others to do the same.

***UNBELIEVABLE. My Baggage is now trying to have my negative review removed!!!! Talk about lack of transparency!

Dear S. N., I am very sorry if you are not happy with our service. You booked a collection online, however, left off the street address, so the driver did not know where to collect from. You phoned us and we updated this address information for you and booked another collection, however, you became abusive on the phone, via email and via reviews to staff. We fully refunded your order and asked you to use another provider, we politely ask you not to use My Baggage for any future bookings.
The shipping was fast and punctual as ever.
I had an issue with my order - the courier recorded the wrong size for my suitcase, and I was sent an oversized item invoice. I contacted My Baggage and they dealt with the mistake instantly and were very polite.

I can send up to 15kg’s of items to my son for £18.99. It’s a very easy to use service with web chat on hand sound I run into any problems. I feel secure knowing I can avail of this service should I need to send my son some things whilst at uni and I know I wont get ripped off for packaging and posting!

My Baggage was brilliant they collected my bag from my friend’s house and delivered it the next day to my hotel . so, when Inarrived it was already to unpack in my room. The price was very good at £21 including £100 free insurance for 21 kilos. The bag was transported by Parcel Force and I was able to track it all the way.

I have been using MYBAGGAGE ( formerly UNIBAGGAGE) for approx 8 years and I have NEVER had any problems whatsoever. it is s very personable firm which looks after its customers to a very high standard. All my shipments have been collected on the designated day and have arrived safely, intact and on the given delivery day. I would NOT consider using any other shipping company for my needs. The cost of each shipment is extremely competitive and worth every penny spent.

I had a lot of incidents and they excused themselves for everything.
My luggage arrived one month later than it was supposed to.
By the time it arrived, one of the suitcases was missing and I had to claim the carrier for that problem (they completely excused themselves and do nothing, I had to handle it by myself).
Moreover, the other suitcase arrived completely damaged and they said they were not going to compensate it because it counts as packaging...
Beyond all those troubles, the luggage was retained at customs and I had to pay extra to get it.
I would not recommend this company at all. It does not have anything to do with the problem but with the poor customer service and the shameful acceptance of guilt.

It is very unusual for a shipment to take this long. We sent you our claim form in order to receive compensation for this issue but you did not send them to us and prefered to deal with the courier yourself, we could have handled all of this for you. I can see this matter is now resolved, if you need help with anything else simply reply to our emails and we would be more than happy to help.
