Will now have to use an alternative and parcel won’t arrive in time due to parcel not being collected and now having to rearrange with another provider.

The first problem was customs, where they had estimated the value of my parcel to be of 5 times the value I established in the parcel documents, making the customs tax absolutely disproportionate. Upon questioning the valuation, I found out that the documentation generated by the company in charge of delivering the parcels (worlwide parcel services), was missing the breakdown of the shipping costs. This caused the destination country to estimate the shipping costs to an incredibly expensive amount. I was left with the only choice to pay for the tax because of the mistake of the company to provide the customs documentation properly.
I paid all the costs, and then the parcels were received in an awful state, completely deformed and with items missing in them.
Then I encountered the 2nd issue. A couple of weeks after the parcels were delivered, I got an email from worlwide parcel services claiming that the measurements of the boxes were off so they had to charge me more as I had lied on the information I provided. I kindly provided pictures of the boxes and an invoice of when I bought the boxes, which showed their dimensions in line to what I provided when booking the service.
They claimed that even with the proof I provided, the dimensions were off (by 4 cm), and then pointed me to a clause in their terms where by using their services I agree with any measurements taken by the delivery handler. Continuing to threaten me that if I didn't pay in 7 days they'd add an extra charge and, if even then I didn't pay, they would take me to court.
I have never felt this kind of extortion from any company before and it is unbelievable this kind of service is allowed.
Not only were my parcels damaged, with items missing and with huge fees because of an error on their end, they still had the cheek of asking me for even more fees based on measurements for which they haven't provided any evidence they've taken, and that as far as I know could have been made up or taken when the parcels were all deformed due to the mishandling. And keep in mind this is due to a claimed variance of 4cm!
Absolutely appalling service, and I would honestly recommend everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Save yourselves from worries and look for another company to handle your parcels.Read more

My parcel was not collect in my booked day! Even no text messages or a call to mention will not come today or change the others day etc! I waited for 9AM-5:48PM

Been many mails to conversation from Friday to today. but no even just ONE mail so polite like now what they posted it on the Trustpilot public media to me. Even I say, I will share my bad experiences with worldwide on media, I got a reply from them, I become a threats them!
I don't think, share a review or share bad experience can call is a threat!
If your staff come on the booked day to collect my parcel, and reply mail as you posted on media so polite, why customer still mail you!
I believe, all of customers just want shopping they parcel without any trouble,
I do follow worldwide company rules
I stay at home at booked day from 9-5pm
Even home have two person & a dog
No one hear any bell rings that day . Only get ridiculous warming mails from them
Even blocked my email & cancelled my order, but refund my money within 14 days !

Took your money so faster, cancelled by them self , but refund your money need times ( within 14days !!!
