We helped our daughter and son in law move house this week. They chose MIM to pre pack the day before and then move on completion day. What a great experience! EVERY item carefully wrapped, boxed and delivered. Considerate and friendly service. Paul, Ben, Colin and Callum were nothing short of fantastic.
Based on thuis experience we would thoroughly recommend MIM…..in fact, we may well have a move ourselves in the near future and we know who we’ll be calling (and it won’t be Ghostbusters!😎)

I can’t recommend Move in Matters highly enough. The team worked tirelessly from 8am to 8pm, efficiently clearing our two-bedroom house, dismantling furniture, taking items off the walls, and even collecting belongings from a second property. Nothing was too much trouble—even rebuilding our ridiculously tricky bed and taking apart furniture (and doors) to get through tight spaces at the new property.
The team were really kind, offering solutions to every problem. It honestly felt like having family help us out, which made the whole experience so comfortable and stress-free.
Communication was clear throughout, from the quoting and booking process to somehow even making moving day enjoyable!
If you’re debating whether movers are worth it, with this company the answer is an absolute yes. Thank you for making our move so smooth and worry-free!

Move In Matters were outstanding for our two-day move. From our first quote with Ewan to completion, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Was really impressed with Move in Matters. We chose them over their competitors ultimately because they offered a service of packing most of our belongings the day before the house move. This made the house moving experience far less stressful than it might have otherwise been. The movers themselves were also pleasant and professional.

Having not moved for many years choosing a removal firm and knowing what to expect was a bit of a lottery. We chose Move in Matters and how lucky were we! They were outstanding in all the areas you would want them to be. They wanted to get to know us and how we wanted them to work first of all and the whole team were polite, personable and accommodating. The move was well planned and executed with attention to detail at the delivery end just as much. I have already recommended them to three sets of friends who are looking to move and will doubtless advise others in the future too.

Recently used Move in Matters to move from Oxfordshire to Devon. Incredible service throughout. They were flexible with our completion date and professional throughout. Packing service was so worth the money. Cheaper than other companies in the area with no late key charges. Would highly recommend.
