So glad we chose Move In Matters for our move. They were everything we could have hoped for and more, nothing was too much trouble. They were very patient with the late entry to our home. Gabriel and the team were faultless from start to finish. Although not as cheap as some on paper, by the time you take into account everything that they do include (competitors usually don’t include essentials to make them look cheaper), they definitely worked out the cheapest and as it turned out, the best!

We would highly recommend Move in Matters. Since meeting Paul and receiving our quote, we were filled with confidence that this was the professional company to choose, and happy we did! Nothing was too much trouble, Virpi was always so helpful answering all our questions and keeping us reassured that the process will be smooth, and on the day of moving Gabriel, Eaun, Charlie and the rest of the team were amazing. The whole house, garden & garage packed between 08:00 and midday. Literally not a simple mark on anything and the unloading was just as efficient!
Thank you very much to all the Move in Matters team for making our moving day a success. We were concerned when shopping around for a great price and flexiblity of the company, but it was all included, boxes, bubble wrap, tape and a can do attitude whilst working around our children. 100% hire this company.

I couldn't of chose a better company.
They have gone above and beyond for us in every way possible! From the initial contact all the way through to the move they have been fantastic. They are very kind people who have provided excellent customer service. They have been very empathetic and considerate. We recieved a professional service to a high standard throughout. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

I cannot recommend Moving In Matters highly enough.
They were recommended to us and they didn’t disappoint.
The whole team were so very professional, understanding & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were downsizing & had a lot of stuff to move, they even worked late to get us moved in.
Paul even brought flowers to welcome us into our new home such a lovely touch.

We had a difficult exchange and completion in a day which ran late and the team waited and unpacked swiftly and brilliantly. The company was great from the start, insisting that they would take the stress away from the moving day....and they did. They were flexible, reassuring and the team who arrived to pack our house into two vans did so with impressive expertise, like a giant game of Tetris! (Nothing broke and we had a lot of fragile items.) The removal team were pleasant, efficient and had the entire house, outbuilding and 60 garden pots packed in a few hours. This company is great and is highly recommended.

Move in matters moved us this week. It was a massive job (7 bedroom house plus a 2 bed annex) and they were absolutely fantastic. They packed for us and this was done with huge care (and nothing got broken, not even one glass!). The team were brilliant, polite, courteous and good humoured. We had three guys packing and seven unloading. Great service. Would recommend without hesitation.
