I can highly recommend this removal firm.
I’ve never had removals before and this one was for my 83 year old father who was downsizing to a retirement apartment.
Virpi came and quoted for the move. She was great and filled me with confidence.
On moving day the guys were there early, worked really fast packing up.
They stayed late on to get Dad into his new apartment - on the 2nd floor everything up the stairs as the lift was out of bounds for heavy items.
They wouldn’t go until everything was in place and a couple of guys came back the next day to help fix some of the units in place.
I was so stressed about this move but everything went smoothly. Very very professional.

Paul and his team have helped us to move our furniture from England to The Netherlands. It was the best move we ever had and we have moved around quite a bit. They really went the extra mile to help us and we can highly recommend them.

Move in Matters has been our go-to removal company for years, most recently, they have helped my grandmother move home twice in the last 18 months.

We can highly recommend move in matters after they recently packed and moved us! There was a lot of stress involved in our relocation but from initial contact until completing the job the whole team were absolutely fantastic. The speed in which our 5 bedroom house was packed and unpacked was incredible. The team worked so fast and hard, but with great care, and a lot of enthusiasm and humour along the way! Thank you to all of you, we are really grateful and we won’t hesitate to recommend you to others. We were quoted slightly cheaper but after speaking to Euan we trusted these guys to do the best job, and it was a decision we did not regret!

We helped our daughter and son in law move house this week. They chose MIM to pre pack the day before and then move on completion day. What a great experience! EVERY item carefully wrapped, boxed and delivered. Considerate and friendly service. Paul, Ben, Colin and Callum were nothing short of fantastic.
Based on thuis experience we would thoroughly recommend MIM…..in fact, we may well have a move ourselves in the near future and we know who we’ll be calling (and it won’t be Ghostbusters!😎)

I can’t recommend Move in Matters highly enough. The team worked tirelessly from 8am to 8pm, efficiently clearing our two-bedroom house, dismantling furniture, taking items off the walls, and even collecting belongings from a second property. Nothing was too much trouble—even rebuilding our ridiculously tricky bed and taking apart furniture (and doors) to get through tight spaces at the new property.
The team were really kind, offering solutions to every problem. It honestly felt like having family help us out, which made the whole experience so comfortable and stress-free.
Communication was clear throughout, from the quoting and booking process to somehow even making moving day enjoyable!
If you’re debating whether movers are worth it, with this company the answer is an absolute yes. Thank you for making our move so smooth and worry-free!
