We strongly advise other carriers to be cautious. We completed a delivery job for this company via Courier Exchange, and despite multiple attempts to collect payment, we have not been paid. They have ignored all calls, emails, and invoices.
Unfortunately, we fulfilled the job in good faith, but they refuse to settle their debt. This has caused us both financial loss and wasted time.
We would not recommend working with them unless full payment is secured upfront.

Twice I have paid for special delivery and they failed both times. This caused me to stop work. The reason they gave was that they had no drivers in the area. They are totally incompetent.

Useless, just as bad as Evri. Didn't bother delivering. We were in the home. Didn't give us a chance to come to the gate. Absolutely useless. Now can't even collect on the weekend, can't collect during the week because we work full time. We booked today off to get this delivery.

The details of my review are a little long winded, but PJ Couriers went above and beyond to help out with my delivery today, ensuring that (despite a hiccup along the way) it was delivered prior to the bank holiday weekend, meaning my customer could complete their job. At 1pm all was lost - by 4pm they'd saved the day.
Huge thank you to all those involved at PJ Couriers. Fantastic service.

Frustrated.
My parcel arrived a day late and was delivered to the wrong address !!
Had it arrived on the expected day (as per the APC msg) I suspect the driver would have delivered to my actual address as the APC live tracking map clearly showed my house. By the time the van was within a mile of my postcode it seems the driver ran out of shift hours and returned to base !!
Lucky for me and by looking at the delivery photo I guessed that my parcel was today dropped off at the nearest neighbour's …. half a mile away. Lucky me.
Some more customer focus needed …. 2/10

Absolutely useless everything that comes via these never gets delivered, the last item being a special delivery that must be delivered and kept frozen, they didn't even attempt to deliver just popped a card through box and drove off had to go all the way to there depot to collect the item which was no longer any good. Now another item which was desperately needed for tomorrow has failed to be delivered same thing again. I watched back my cctv to see the driver just get out and put a card through he didn't even make any attempt to press the intercom or knock on the gate when there was atleast 2 people home, it's the same situation every time and this is now the forth if you can't deliver things don't bother running a delivery company. Totally useless, and incompetent. Ps I should be invoicing you for my wasted journeys to your depot and the cost of my fuel to collect items that I have paid express delivery on.
