Frustrated.
My parcel arrived a day late and was delivered to the wrong address !!
Had it arrived on the expected day (as per the APC msg) I suspect the driver would have delivered to my actual address as the APC live tracking map clearly showed my house. By the time the van was within a mile of my postcode it seems the driver ran out of shift hours and returned to base !!
Lucky for me and by looking at the delivery photo I guessed that my parcel was today dropped off at the nearest neighbour's …. half a mile away. Lucky me.
Some more customer focus needed …. 2/10

Absolutely useless everything that comes via these never gets delivered, the last item being a special delivery that must be delivered and kept frozen, they didn't even attempt to deliver just popped a card through box and drove off had to go all the way to there depot to collect the item which was no longer any good. Now another item which was desperately needed for tomorrow has failed to be delivered same thing again. I watched back my cctv to see the driver just get out and put a card through he didn't even make any attempt to press the intercom or knock on the gate when there was atleast 2 people home, it's the same situation every time and this is now the forth if you can't deliver things don't bother running a delivery company. Totally useless, and incompetent. Ps I should be invoicing you for my wasted journeys to your depot and the cost of my fuel to collect items that I have paid express delivery on.

Need to put zero stars.
Absolutely disgusting service. Drove down to my house and went again not leaving my item. Phoned customer service only to speak to a very rude bloke saying I'll have to walk to number 21 as that's where the delivery driver dropped it off.
I'm number 3 and nowhere near that address. The blokes behaviour rude and arrogant how he has even got a job the way he talks to customers is beyond me. He didn't even care or apologise and made out the delivery driver knocked on my door and as I didn't answer it was my fault. The delivery driver didn't once knock on my door as I was at the window waiting.. Stay clear of these cowboys. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the bloke on the other end of the phone

Shouldn't even be giving them the 1 star.

Appalling customer service, I was home and had a neighbour home also, I live in the middle of nowhere so plenty of places to leave safe. They ticked the no neighbour box and the can't leave safe box. Bearing in mind I was also home.

Phoned 15 minutes after delivery, a nice guy on dial 2 helped and put me through to dial 1. They hung up immediately.
Phoned again at 9am the next morning, said he could've deliver today as we hadn't rung. He proceeded to raise his voice down the phone and claim 'we don't hang up in this company', so he hung up 😂
He spoke horrible, was arrogant and not helpful at all. We had multiple dealings with this company in the past, always been the same and will never use them again. Save yourself time and DO NOT USE THEM!

Absolutely useless. I tried to explain that I wouldn't be in at the time they said they were going to deliver, and that they could leave the parcel with my neighbour. The message was obviously not passed on and they turned up anyway, and I just had a note to say I need to re-book the delivery. I phoned them the following morning to explain that it would be fine to leave it in a safe place but they said I would have to confirm that with the sender! They said they would e-mail me with the delivery details so that I could contact the sender. No e-mail came. I tried ringing them but got an answerphone so I left a message on that. No reply. Their 'customer service' is non existent, they couldn't care less. Looks like I'll have to drive to the depot myself to collect the item which I paid to have delivered. Avoid.
