These guys are simply the best. Great price and our booking was made at short notice without deposit and Dan price matched our lowest quote. On the big day the ATeam arrived- Pete, Barry, Hayden and Scott. They were so friendly and caring. We got on first name terms and hugs straightaway which was important as later in the day it was all”!Jackie, where do you want this?!”. They were just superb and took all our stress away. If Carlsberg did removal companies……

I moved a couple of months ago and extremely happy with the Service from Abbey. Scott, Barry and Kevin worked extremely hard lifting heavy boxes of books, and a 77” screen up two flights of stairs, don’t know how they did it to be honest. Top blokes as well, they really cared about what they were doing, didn’t rush and were very sensitive to my needs. They even provided some emotional support which helped me get through the day!
The cost came in on budget with no hidden extras. Overall a respectful company who knows to treat people as a human beings.

Appeared to be fine until they only move half our stuff out which left us in a very awkward position as we had to be out that day. Since they turned up late and then refused to go back for our belongings in our old flat we had to beg our landlord for another day to move out high they charged us.
They left scratches on my wardrobe and, despite rebuilding it they left out a very important part making the wardrobe useless. Overall made the whole moving experience more stressful than it needed to be.

We would highly recommend Abbey Removals! Our team of Pete, Scott, Noel and Alf were amazing - they made us feel reassured at every stage of the day. They took great care of our stuff and were efficient at both loading and unloading - even with a toddler trying to ‘help’! Thank you all; if we move again in the future you will be our first choice! Fantastic service, absolutely the right choice! Phil took the time to visit so I knew the size of the move was accurate, and on the day Barry and Mark trooped up and down my building stairs relentlessly and expertly taking care of furniture, contents and my own emotions that moving can bring! What a fantastic job Abbey did for me...from the first phone call with Phil I knew I was in safe hands. On moving day the team Pete, Barry and Ben were beyond amazing. They were great guys, polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They made what could have been a really stressful day, go smoothly with no problems at all.
