From start to finish the service was exceptional, highly professional and efficient, communication throughout was excellent, on the day the team were brilliant and couldn't do enough for us - the guys even took our cat on his knee in the van as we had no room left in our car! At a time when service from so many business's is at an all time low it was refreshing to deal with a business with customer service excellence engrained into every part of its processes and real value for money - I would highly recommend Move On Time - thank you Craig and team!

Great service and competitive price from Craig and team. Super responsive when booking and flexible when we had to change our date at the last minute. Very impressed with the level of professionalism throughout the day, especially as they’re still a relatively new company growing their business. Would definitely recommend and will use Move on Time again in the future!

Professional and helpful throughout, an excellent experience with the Move On Time team. They were especially great with the fact our flat was on the top floor with no lift... I thank them again for their efforts - it was really appreciated. Would recommend.

Very beautiful experience with this company. They were so helpful, courteous and professional throughout our move. The came on time and helped us with EVERYTHING! It was seemless and easy. The owners are so lovely. I would recommend 💯.
