I paid for the insured cover to have a 1940s barrister bookcase delivered to me. The Driver smashed one of the windows and it is proving difficult to get it fixed. Proovia are now not responding to my emails and have so far, not upheld their end of the bargaining by reimbursing me the cost of the item and delivery fee.

The emails say they respond within 24-72 hours but we are now on Day 6 and no reply.

Courier drivers snapped a piece of furniture off in front of me then denied it (didn’t speak English). Claims department have called me a liar and said the crack in the wood isn’t the colour of a crack in wood? (Whatever that means) despite being sent before and after photos. Small claims court next as they refuse to pay out more than £20!
