Phenomenal!! We had the full packing service and, from the first phone call to the final box, we were really taken care of by this incredibly hardworking, professional and friendly company. The quote for the work was very reasonable and we were so impressed by the speed and quality of the packing, the strength and stamina of the team and the way they actually made the process exciting and fun for our whole family. Absolutely the best money I've spent— they earned every penny they deserved. The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They handled all our belongings with care and made the whole moving process so much easier than we expected. We have short period between exchange and completion, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-organised. Nothing was too much trouble, and their positive attitude made a big difference on a stressful day. Truly excellent service from start to finish! Just used Bisley Removals to move our 3-bedroom house and I couldn’t recommend them more. From the first meet to give us a quote they were incredibly reassuring and relaxed. I was very worried about the whole process and they put me completely at ease. We had packers and they were efficient and friendly from the moment they turned up. The move itself was seamless. So happy with the service!

We used Bisley Removals for our house move in November 2024 and it was a very smooth experience from start to finish. The gents were well orchestrated on the day, very polite and pleasant and neither myself or my husband could believe how quick the whole move was.

Firstly I would say that the guys doing the packing loading and unloading were efficient, kind and helpful. Nothing was broken and I couldn’t fault them.
However through no fault of our own, completion didn’t move as quickly as we hoped, even though it was only a chain of six.
The attitude of the boss deteriorated rapidly, making an already stressful situation much more so, such that it took me several days to recover. Both our solicitor and our agents had never experienced anything like it.
So if you want understanding when things don’t go as expected, bear in mind their guys clock off at 5.30 and look at many of the new firms who are cheaper, keen to please and will work till the job is done.
They haven’t arranged to collect packing boxes either…
