I have just moved from Bisley after living there for 44 years and have used Bisley Removals as I very much believe in using local companies and the reviews were Five Star. This certainly is a Five Star company! From the initial booking with Charli, changed several times! To the expert packing and then to the final destination. The move went very smoothly and all my belongings were unloaded and in the new house in three hours. Everybody was superb. The boxes, have just been collected and a couple of missing items found! A huge thank you to everyone at Bisley Removals for doing such an amazing job, I would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again.

02/02/2026 was the day my 90 year old mother was due to move into her new home! This was supposed to be a happy day. Six days before, our world collapsed when we found out that there had been a horrendous flood inside. On speaking to Charlie and Stuart, they made mum’s move easy. I was told not to worry and that Bisley Removals would take care of everything. That’s exactly what they did. From packing and removal from mums old house to unloading at the storage unit and “being an expert at jenga”, all the staff were professional, courteous and more than anything humane. A special shout out to Matt and Mark who couldn’t do enough to make mum smile and seamlessly do what they do! Bisley Removals were our first choice when we moved in our house in 2012 and our first choice now. I can’t recommend them any higher than that.

We used Bisley Removals for our recent house move and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. Cavan, Charley and the whole team were brilliant.
From start to finish, the team were punctual, organised, polite and extremely professional. They handled everything with real care and attention — furniture, fragile items, and awkward pieces were all moved safely and efficiently, with no fuss and no drama.
What really stood out was how calm and capable they were throughout the day. Moving house is normally stressful, but Bisley Removals made the whole process feel smooth, controlled and well managed. The team worked incredibly hard, stayed positive, and were respectful of both properties at all times.
If you want a removals company that is reliable, careful, fast, and genuinely professional, Bisley Removals are the ones to use. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

We used Bisley Removal Services for our recent move and were extremely satisfied with the service they gave from the first contact, site survey and the move, loading/unloading. They hepled to keep us from panicking as the exchange and completion was less than 24 hours apart which was very stressful. They reassured us all they way through put us at ease. The removal men were excellent, they were very polite, friendly, helpful and they couldn't do enough to make the whole process go smoothly and without any problems . We have no hesitation in recommending them.

I would highly recommend this company. Moving can be so stressful, but all the team was so professional and efficient. When we finally got the keys late in the afternoon, so many extra men arrived to unpack, we were in within an hour. They were all amazing 👏

I recently used Bisley Removal Services for our house move and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were fantastic and made a great impression from first contact with Charley and meeting with Cavan to get a quote, all the way to the end of the process. We had many an issue from the chain falling apart, to unforeseen and untimely delays late in the process, but throughout the communication was great and Charley was extremely patient and flexible with dates, to the point where we were able to switch a week before. We ended up loading over a couple of days, and unloading over a couple of days which worked out perfectly for us. The team of removal guys headed by Mark were courteous and extremely hard working. If you need a company who are competitive, flexible and have a great team, Bisley is the company to choose.
