Fantastic service from start to finish.
I spoke with Matt regarding the removal of several items from my office in Bognor Regis. Impressively, by that same afternoon two members of his team arrived, collected everything efficiently, and were finished within ten minutes causing no interruptions to our trading day.
One of the tables left a small rust mark on the carpet during removal, which the team noticed and cleaned up immediately before leaving — a level of care that really stood out.
Highly recommended. An efficient, responsive, and professional service.

What a fantastic team!!! They undertook a very complicated move, following the sale of 2 houses simultaneously, & a move to another, including storage both between & after the moves, and all in a very tight timescale just before Xmas. All the team were friendly & professional & took great care both packing and moving!

First Class Team and their Customer Service exceeded our expectations.
Having used Regis Removals for our move 5 years ago - and we were very happy with them then, it made perfect sense to use them again!
Matt visited our home to quote for our move and he was exceptionally polite, knowledgable regarding our needs for our move, and nothing was too much trouble. We had several large items which we needed to be moved from our garden, that wouldn't fit through the gate - but that didn't faze Matt - he was open to innovative ideas to ensure we were able to move them. Matt was efficient and we soon received our quote which was a very fair price - especially as two competitors were charging a lot more.
Moving day arrived, and so did our removal team - 30 mins early which was great. Harry, Luke, Michael and Andy were a great team, and couldn't be faulted in anyway. NOTHING was too much trouble. They respected our belongings, listened to our requests and also were genuinely pleasant individuals to work with. Great sense of humours, and we all had fun throughout the day. Which helped ease the stress of moving - they made the whole process seamless.
Matt was able to facilitate us moving across two days which was a great help to us.
Everything was placed exactly where we wanted it, and nothing was broken. The team ensured carpets were covered so not to damage flooring. Absolutely no marks or scuffs left on walls, which we were very grateful for.
The after sales service was just as efficient - having purchased our boxes prior to our move from Regis Removals with the agreement of a full refund on returning them, we ensured all boxes were returned a few days after the move and Matt collected them so quickly and a full refund was credited to our bank account the very same day. First class service.

First time we've used a removal company in many years and Matt and the team at Regis were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they really showed that they cared about our possessions, some of which were antiques. If you need a removal company who will give you peace of mind and do a great job at a competitive price, look no further than Regis.

We can’t thank Regis Removals enough for helping us through a VERY stressful completion day. We had also opted for the house packing service they offer which we would highly recommend as a thoroughly worthwhile add on. We didn’t get the keys to our new property until very late in the day but the team got us in and settled in super quick time- battling through darkness and rain with smiles on their faces. Our boys loved the rugby chat with Harry!! All the team were so kind and helpful and we really feel Regis Removals went above and beyond for us. Hopefully we don’t have to go through the stress of a move again any time soon but we will continue to recommend Regis to friends and family.
