I was told it would cost 160-180 GBP to transfer 3 boxes, an oil radiator and a vacuum cleaner from England to Greece. I asked if I can add one more box and how much it would cost. They said it is ok and I should not worry. I was told it would take 10-14 days for my things to arrive to Greece.
It took more than 20 days and I had to keep calling to find out where my things are and when they will arrive. My mum called and they said they would deliver 'today', she was waiting all day and they never showed up. Following day they brought them late afternoon. They charged me 275 GBP initially and when I complained they said 250 GBP. When the boxes finally arrived, their condition was bad (I have taken photos of the boxes but unfortunately I cannot attach them here).
This is my experience with this company.

If there was a rating of 0/10, i would give that, instead.
Where to begin?
1. First of all, it took them 2 whole weeks to get a few items from UK to Greece... Imagine if i had many items or if i wanted to transfer items from USA to Greece. How many days or months would it take then?
2. Second of all, we paid them upfront a big amount of money. They asked another amount of money to be paid upfront 2 weeks after. Not even this amount was inaccurate, because of the conversion from Euros to Pounds, but in order to give us the items after 2 weeks (!) they DEMANDED that we paid them the rest amount upfront as well. So, because of their lame math, we would send them an inaccurate amount of money upfront. Thank God, we managed to make them understand their mistake and pay them after we get the items.
3. Third and most important, 2 of the 14 delivered items were BROKEN! Yes, you hear me right. BROKEN! It's outrageous, because the were made of steel. How tf they managed to break these items? It makes no sense. Now, these 2 items are useless.
4. The delivery guy was not helpful and not kind at all, and he threw down the street almost half of the delivered items...
I used Yasatrans for the first and last time. They lack timing, plan and organlization. They don't know how to work under high pressure. I don't recommend it at all! Don't ever use it!Read more

I have had at the same time a combined despatch of two boxes from Athens to London.
Available for advice and information , especially by Mr PANOS, exceptionally good!
Timely delivery and absolutely safe delivery of goods both ways.
Logically reasonable cost of home delivery of goods.
Honestly , Yasatrans is a trustworthy transport company which from now on will use for my transport goods to and from U.K.
