Smashed a TV in the move. I understand that these things happen and agreed to Parry & Sons contribution offer towards purchasing a new TV. Parry & Sons now not responding or returning a phonecall to complete

Telephoned them twice to try and arrange a local job and was told on both occasions that someone would call me back with availability and price. Nobody bothered to call! Time wasters.

Used Parrys and Sons who were available for a last minute house move.
All I can say is: we were all REALLY impressed. They managed to get our entire house contents packed up and move in time for completion, and dropped off at our new house promptly. Everything was packed well, and they were thoroughly professional throughout. Would happily use them again!

Fantastic service from the whole team today for our Guildford move. Efficient communication throughout the booking process. Real flexibility with our dates as they kept changing. Very thorough, tidy, careful with all of our belongings. They had our house loaded up very quickly and unloaded in our new house even faster. Provided really good quality boxes for us to use and anything we didn’t know how to pack (TV etc.) they packed them very securely for us. They also provided wardrobe boxes so we didn’t have to worry about packing our hanging clothes. Genuinely enjoyed our moving day with them! Would highly recommend Parry and Sons.

Phil and his team are absolutely incredible, we had to change dates at the very last minute but they did not have any problems with it. They went above and beyond what we expected , very professional would highly recommend you try them first instead of the other big companies. Can not recommend them highly enough.
