We had a great experience. The team were fantastic, they arrived ready to go at the booked time, they were friendly and professional and made the whole process stress free. They came with two large vans we had plenty of space & they took care with our possessions.
We then moved our items into a new build and they were brilliant, we would highly recommend and use them again.

Thanks to J H Apsee Removals for making our recent house move very smooth. Packing Service and Removal was so worth it !! Packed the entire house in a few hours and moved everything into the new house on the same day. Awesome service, the removal team were great - thank you so much !

Our experience with APSEE has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment they arrived, the staff were rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. There was no courtesy, no care, and certainly no respect for our belongings.
When our furniture arrived, we were devastated. Beds, cupboards, sofas, and even our TV were damaged — some beyond repair. Items were carelessly piled on top of each other with no organisation or protection, as if our possessions were worthless. It’s clear that there was zero consideration for the fact that we trusted them with our home.
This experience has cost us hundreds, if not thousands, in repairs and replacements. We’re now having to re-buy or fix essential items that were in perfectly good condition before APSEE got involved. It has taken us a full week just to get things somewhat manageable, unfortunately we're still dealing with the mess they have provided.
To make matters worse, my mother has disabilities, and this situation has made everything so much harder for her. She’s been incredibly stressed and physically struggling to cope with the disorder and damage they caused.

Don’t use these people . They have damaged so many of my items I am really annoyed . They have cost me a fortune and it will take me a long time to replace the items they have damaged .it total .
Total waste of time as a company . They disregard your belongings and treat them like trash . They ripped my leather beds, smashed wheels off my furniture, broke my expensive Tv set . I will never recommend them to anyone . If you value your belongings don’t use them . Save yourself the time and money and employ someone who treats your belongings decently and doesn’t just throw them into storage and back into their lorry for transit any old fashion . I’d have a few choice words to give them but I don’t want the bad review off Google myself.
