I absolutely cannot thank these guys enough Paul Matthews & Son Removals were incredible helping us move. Full packing service and moved in 2 days. So professional, everything was packed so well, care taken with anything that needed dismantling and then rebuilding the other side. Highly recommended. Thank you so much

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Jonathan was an absolute life saver when the solicitor wanted to exchange and complete on the same day with only 2 hours notice from them and no date previously discussed to book removals, Jonathan then came to the rescue. He provided us with a lorry within 45 minutes. We did have to self load and unload ourselves as they were super busy, but they even found the time to help us in with the heavy sofas.
I would 150% recommend this company as they went well over the expected service, I can’t thank them enough 😊

An amazing professional team! Due to a few last minute issues, we were unable to book a removal company until a few days before the moving date. In stepped Paul Matthews and his team! Joanne dealt with all my panicked phone calls in a professional and compassionate manner.
Paul, Martin and Rob were hard working and very supportive. Thankfully the team started the final packing 2 days before, which helped to make moving day run very smoothly. We were all packed up and away by 10.30am! We couldn't move in until the afternoon, but the team were ready and waiting for the call to 'go'!
Everything was handled with care and placed exactly where instructed. Considering the fact that moving day was in the middle of a heatwave they did an amazing job!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, to anyone that needs a company that is reliable, courteous and very professional.

What a team! this company is absolutely amazing. I cannot thank them enough.
We had a nightmare of a house sale meaning moving the moving day from a Monday to a Tuesday late Friday afternoon!
They were compassionate and supportive and sorted that straight away.
They then came the afternoon before and packed as much as they could, which meant so much less stress on the actual moving day itself. We were all done by 11am that morning.
All the team were warm friendly and courteous and so very professional. We really felt in safe hands and that all our belongings would be looked after.
More issues with the actual sale continued, meaning that they couldn't start moving us in until 4.30!! Talk about professional, we were feeling terrible and they continued to be amazing. Put us at ease and then effortlessly moved us in. All in the right places and every item looked after with care and attention.
This meant that our house is now sorted just a day later! This is my 31st house move and the best I've ever experienced. I only wish I'd known about them sooner! highly recommend.Read more

Can’t recommend enough, brilliant service from all of the guys. Second time we’ve used for a move and wouldn’t hesitate to use again. There’s no one better in South Wales. Special thanks to Rob who can sniff out a kettle from 50+boxes!
