Easy to book with, good communication on the day, movers were friendly. Most of all, very reasonably priced. A couple of things did get a crack/scratch but that may be down to our packing more than anything. I did say the bed needed to be dismantled but they didn’t have a toolkit when they arrived, so probably a miscommunication there.

Amazing moving experience thanks to Ris, Andy, Warren & the team!
We would like to say a huge thank you to Ris and Andy for their amazing help during our move. They were incredibly kind, fast, punctual, and highly focused throughout the entire packing and moving process. Everything went so smoothly thanks to their professionalism and efficiency, making our move completely stress-free.
We were able to move into our new home feeling comfortable and secure, knowing everything was handled with great care.

Used Brighton Removals for a short move from Brighton to Hove based on positive reviews, but it was not a great experience. No protective blankets were used on my daughter’s furniture, despite the delicate nature of the items.
A 1940s dressing table was damaged during dismantling/reassembly; this included new holes being drilled and the mirror being left misaligned (damage since validated by a furniture repair specialist). Despite clear instructions and providing immediate evidence, the complaint was not handled well.
Recommendation: Verify their insurance terms carefully beforehand, video the condition/wrapping of every item before it goes on the van, and ensure blankets are actually being used before they leave.

I got in touch quite short notice to enquire about a job and luckily Warren was able to fit us in. The guys rang ahead of arrival to let us know they were coming and were polite, helpful and even offered to help with a few items we couldn't disassemble. Overall, very happy with the service. Thanks Andy, Tegan and Warren!

Great experience moving with the Brighton removals company. The team who came were fantastic - friendly, efficient and went out of their way to make the whole experience as stress-free as possible. Couldn't recommend them highly enough and would definitely use them again
