I was referred to Abacus by friends who had undergone a complicated sequence of removals & storage.
Martyn and his team were great and made quick work of my move. Nothing was too much trouble (and there were several changes of plan on the day). They arrived on the dot to start the move and were hard-working and friendly throughout. I found their fees very reasonable: we didn’t have far to travel with my effects but these did include a washing machine and a piano. Very happy to recommend.

We recently used Abacus for our house moving. They were very professional, courteous and reliable. When we made an enquiry, Martyn came to our house to make an assessment. He gave us helpful advice for packing, and suitable preparations for the day of moving.
On the day, everything went very smoothly and we were extremely pleased. We would highly recommend Martyn and his team.

Really pleased with the service I received today. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Went above and beyond. Had a piano moved but even changed 2 sofas around to accommodate the piano. Friendly and good value and made sure everything was moved professionally with no damages or scratches. Will definitely be using them in the future. I asked for their business card as would be happy to recommend. Thanks Martyn and team

Moving house can be stressful, but with Martin and his team the whole process was so easy. They had the van loaded up, and unpacked at my new home within three hours (including taking beds and wardrobes apart!)
The team were so helpful and kind and I’d have no hesitation in recommending/using their service again in the future.

On a day that is such hard work, they made moving so much easier and less stressful. Great service, very helpful and good value for money! Was impressed with how quickly the van was loaded too even with taking apart my bed and wardrobe and was given tips for the future as well. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you Martyn and team!
