When looking to move out of Bristol, I found a reddit thread asking about recommendations for a removals service, with a bunch of responses recommending these guys. So I got in touch. Initial phone left me with a reassuringly professional impression and the quote was in line with expectations so I went ahead and booked them. No regrets at all with that choice! They turned up on time, helped taking apart some furniture and loaded all my stuff into the van in astonishingly quick time. Owing to mishaps in the car I was at least an hour later arriving at the other end than them, but no grumbles whatsoever, they just waited patiently. Made quick work of unloading everything and helped re-assemble furniture. Super friendly as well. I was dreading the stress of moving day but it turned out to be a doddle. Absolutely can't fault them on any level

With apologies for only posting this following my move last month, but keen to share how amazing the whole team at Bristol Van Removals were.
It was a stressful day having only exchanged the afternoon before and not being 100% packed at the start of the day, but Nick and team were just great throughout. It then turned into a late key pick up, which was less than ideal. But the team remained highly professional and cheerful working through to 8:40pm to get everything unloaded and reassembled, for which I was hugely grateful!
There were a lot of stressful dealings and poor comms through my purchase process, but I’m pleased to say Bristol Van removals has never been one, replying quickly and always being friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Absolute 5* service! :-)

Bristol Van Removals were amazing! There was a technical issue with our booking for another firm and we were left without a removal company a week before our move. Sarina and Dave were amazing at arranging our move at short notice and it was all up from there. On the actual day the team were incredible, they made what I thought would be a stressful day relatively easy (for me, not them as they really did graft). They went above and beyond to ensure everything was put in the right place, that nothing was damaged and that our beds were rebuilt. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in the Bristol area who is planning on moving in the near future.

Huge thank yous to the whole Bristol Van Removals team. Sarina was brilliant in setting us up with a video tour of our flat to assess what we'd need, and great in making arrangements. And then Nick and Jamie on the day were completely fantastic through and through. When the build up to a move can be so stressful, the team made our actual move day so smooth, so stress-free, easy, quick and brought a good dose of fun, too. They know what they're doing, and they do it really well. Thank you so much!!

We had a long and stressful conveyancing process so we were relieved when the guys from Bristol Van Removals arrived took confidently took control. Nick arrived ahead of time and had a good look around the house to assess what we had packed and what was still assembled.
The rest of the vans then arrived and the team were able to start straight away. My partner and I just sat back and watched them remove all our belongings quickly, efficiently and really important to me: carefully.
I’m really pernickety about my stuff and I can say that the guys from Bristol Van Removals were far more accurate and careful than I could have been.
When we got to our new home, they then quickly but carefully unloaded each box to exactly where we wanted it.
Nothing was too much trouble. All the guys were friendly and happy. It was by far the easiest part of the whole moving process.

I could not have had a better experience. Bristol Van Removals were very professional and competent, and endlessly helpful and friendly. They enabled me to relax and stay calm! Nothing got lost or broken. I can't recommend them highly enough.
