Hard working, pleasant and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and difficult tasks like lifting heavy work benches into tight spaces was met with enthusiasm and gusto.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I found them unreliable, unprofessional, and rude.
I paid extra for packing and, according to their website, they offer a professional service, special boxes for clothes, etc. What turned up was old, dirty boxes and two men who didn't seem to have ever packed a box before! It was unbelievable. I discovered that my belongings had simply been tossed in boxes, glass and china were not even wrapped. I ended up having to repack half the boxes myself. One of the movers also begged from me during the move, following me round my apartment and demanding that I let him have several items of furniture.
The delivery was several days late. I found that several precious items were broken during the move and the company has refused compensation, despite the fact that the contract says it includes insurance. There has been no apology, and the boss has been aggressive in our interactions. All in all, a horrible experience. I am writing a review in the hope that other people avoid my mistake. The administrator who makes initial contact is very nice but please don't let that mislead you about the quality of the service.Read more

Very dissapointig. Contact in Germany was nice, however I made the mistake to pay the full amount in advance. The service, I paid for, was not delivered. Instead of two men, I had paid for, there was the driver only, arriving in UK. He was -of course- unable to carry up the furniture by himself. Since I was stuck in self-isolation, after arrival, a 68-year old friend had to help.
All the boxes remained at the entrance and I had to organize people myself to carry them up.
Asking that company for some compensation, its boss is refusing it.

I can fully recommend [name removed by Sirelo] and his company. Not only do they offer exceptional service, but they are also very flexible and try to find the best solution in a given situation. In my case it tured out that my belongings exceeded the capacity of one truck. [name removed by Sirelo] found immidiately offered that another of his trucks picks up the rest of my stuff. All in all, I can recomment the quality of service and the timely delivery. Their service was also very affordable in comparison to other offers I received.
