Moved today and used Kwik move. Amazing service, very efficient and reliable. Andy, Steve and Aiden arrived yesterday to pack up our things in preparation for moving today. We immediately felt at ease with these lovely chaps taking the stress out of things a great deal. The whole process was professional, precise and expertly executed. The team went above and beyond to help a stressful life event transition smoothly and without stress. We cannot thank them enough. A credit to the company. 5* Thank you!

I'd like to say a massive thankyou to the removal men who were moving someone next door to me.
Earlier that morning I had a new fridge freezer delivered, unfortunately the delivery men would not carry it up the steps (24 in total) due to health and safety reasons! Consequently the appliance was left in the rain at the bottom of the steps.
Whilst discussing the situation with my daughter, one of your removal men offered to help, and in the pouring rain they carried it up the steps for me.
Can you pass on my thanks and gratitude for their help, it's not often you receive a random act of kindness which was very much appreciated.
I would definitely recommend this company as they were so helpful and will keep hold of their contact details for when I move.

Booked in an appraisal for 13:30. Still waiting at 14:10. Called their office but they couldn't confirm location of surveyor/I wasn't willing to wait on hold any longer for them to find out. I understand that people get held up/caught in traffic etc, but to be 45 mins late without a courtesy call to advise is not acceptable. We chose this company to quote as they are based in the same area as our house. Kwikmove get plenty of positive reviews so perhaps they had an off day. Unfortunately I received a 1 star service today.

This is the 4th time I have used Kwik Move for my house move. Always professional and friendly, with good attitude to their job!Great job and people all round… and reasonably priced.

Worst experience ever! Overprice and worst service, wasting time!
First, you can see if you are wondering how much to move a piano with them, for my piano, a big upright. From ground floor to first floor is £900.
Second, I arranged a time that their surveyor will come to have a look on Monday 10-12. I wait at home on Monday and tried to call them at 10 and see what time will they come. No one answer the phone so I emailed them and ask. On 11:07 (as you can see in the email), it’s being cancelled without any former notice. To rearrange it, they asked me on the next day morning and said they can come today which I was out already. Then as you can see we arrange for Thursday as they asked me when will I be free. Called them this morning again and Mandy, who was the one email all the time have no impression of my booking, then she explained is her manager replying me even though is her name, and said they must be have some mistakes as they mean Monday, as the date is 29th and today is not 29th. I asked her to check the email backwards and forward am then she said she will ask her manager and call me back. Instead a call, below is the email I received. Ridiculous!
Don’t waste your time with them. I am arranging Ryan’s Removal now and their response is much quicker!Read more

Our recent experience with Kwik Move was highly satisfactory. Booking was smooth thanks to excellent communication from Mandy at the office, and we were able to get everything organised at short notice without issue. They provided all the necessary packing materials for a small fee, delivered well in advance. The movers turned up promptly on the day and worked efficiently, and nothing was lost or seriously damaged in the move. No complaints from me!
