We used Move on Removals for our house move in January and the service was absolutely fantastic the first contact to the move itself.
The team on the day – Joe, Marc and Lee were amazing. Polite, hard working and respectful of our home. They worked sooooo hard and with very little break. We found them polite, courteous, humorous and personable and they are all a credit to your company.
Highly recommended.

Fantastic team, great service from start to finish. All our precious items were looked after and they thought ahead about how to move particular items. Moving an empty marine tank is not easy and very fragile!
Day 1 they came and took away bigger items and then came back second day to move us out and then into our new home.
Friendly, hard working and considerate team that moved us on the day. ( Lee, Cal, James, Rich, Max, Troy and Stumps)
Would recommend them to anyone I know moving house.

We recently used Move On Removals for our move from London to Bristol, and they were absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient.
The quote process was effortless — they took the time to explain everything in detail and even amended it to fit our budget. When our exchange date was delayed and everything was up in the air, they were incredibly flexible, even renting another van to ensure they could accommodate us at the last minute.
On moving day, they were a dream to work with. The team worked quickly and efficiently, handling everything with care —nothing was damaged during the move! They also used eco-friendly packaging to protect our fragile items, which we really appreciated. When we arrived at our new home, they even put our furniture back together, which was such a big help.
We couldn’t recommend them enough—outstanding service from start to finish and always with a smile!

The photos say it all; the move caused significant damage to our goods and property and created undue stress and anxiety. We received no meaningful support during or after the move and felt far from the promised 'exclusive level of service.' Adding to our frustration, we have since discovered further damaged and missing items after submitting the insurance claim, which we will now have to replace. The cost to replace damaged goods with new was over 5k; the insurance claim accounts for depreciation, so fell far short of that. Also the onus was on us to make the claim, which was time consuming and stressful. If we could award minus stars, we would.
During the move, it was evident that the team was unprepared. They failed to pack three vans on the first day as agreed, despite us expressing concerns about the importance of leaving on time due to challenges with our buyers. This resulted in us departing over two hours late, with the buyers waiting on the driveway as goods were hurriedly thrown into the van. Consequently, we arrived at our new house at 10pm, leaving little time for the team to unpack carefully. The rushed and incomplete unpacking speaks for itself through the damage documented in photos.
In the end, we agreed for the team to leave, as they were clearly exhausted and eager to return, leaving the job unfinished. This experience has fallen far short of the standards this company promises, and we are now left to deal with the consequences.Read more

From start to finish I have been very impressed by this company. From the communication in the office with Jo, to Richard coming to give us a quote and to Joe, Marc and Lee on the day…it was very professional and went smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble. They definitely took the stress out of move day for us. The care and consideration to our belongings was excellent and the speed in which they worked was brilliant. I have nothing negative to say at all. Fab service which I will continue to recommend.

We chose MoveOn due to the excellent reviews.
From the very first visit when Rich came to quote for the move I felt confident they were as professional as the reviews suggested.
The whole experience throughout was professional. Then when discussing move dates and needing some flexibility etc Jo in the office was fantastic.
Over the two days of the move we had a great team of guys. I can't praise them highly enough. The team leader Joe and his team were all completely professional, friendly and made the whole experience of moving so much less stressful. Everything was packed professionally and nothing was damaged. Before they left Joe walked around the new house with us checking everything was as it should be.
