Spot on! We needed a mini move service of one man and a van to help us move our last remaining big items of furniture, including help with dismantling and reassembling at the other end. I requested an online quote, which came back promptly and was for a reasonable sum when compared to simply hiring a van. They were able to change the date at short notice also. The invoicing and receipting of the deposit worked well. Finn turned up with time to spare on the day, had a large well equipped van with blankets and bungees to protect the furniture, worked tirelessly for 2.5hrs straight and was really helpful recommending what items to load in what order to get all the stuff in the van securely. Very professional. Highly recommended.

We used On the Dot removals to move house last week. The booking process was excellent and whoever I spoke to for a quote was very helpful and polite. It was easy to pay the deposit online too taking away any hassle.
The 2 guys arrived bang on time on moving day and were very efficient and hardworking throughout the whole day. They completed the move in the time frame stated when booking.
Would recommend to others.

When my girlfriend and I decided to move in together we were daunted by the sheer amount of stuff in our respective flats! We selected On The Dot as their website is easy to use and has a number of packages tailored to your needs. Our quote was very competitive - I can't believe I've never used a service like this before!
Finn , who managed our booking and arranged packing boxes comes across in a very professional manner. On moving day, he arrived promptly and was accompanied by a colleague. They took all the stress out of the move and overcame any obstacles with ease and good humour.
I would recommend On The Dot removals and use them again.

Moved from a second floor flat to a house, opposite sides of Bristol. The two guys (sorry I didn't catch your names) were friendly and professional. We had a bit of a wait to pick up the keys but the guys were happy to wait and managed to get the van completely unloaded within a fantastic time. Definitely will recommend - thanks On the Dot!!

I've used On The Dot for three flat moves so far and they've been fantastic every time! This last move was extra tricky as there were four flights of stairs to lift all my furniture and boxes up to my new flat but they were brilliant! I've recommended them to many of my friends and will continue to do so! Cheers guys! Leona
