HUGE thank you to the team that moved us into our new home! They were amazing and really made the day completely stress free - they were extremely professional, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bristol Van Removals to any of my friends and family!

We used On The Dot for our move last week and they were brilliant. Very professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. They arrived on time with big smiles and nothing felt like too much trouble. Highly recommend using them when moving is stressful enough, knowing you're using a company who will make thing that bit easier massively helped

The team from on the dot removals were brilliant from start to finish. Communication prior to the move was good - all my queries were answered promptly. Prior to the move, they supplied all the packing materials. On the day, the team arrived promptly, packed the van extremely efficiently and took care with all of our belongings. At our new house, again everything was unpacked carefully and efficiently. The team were all really polite and helpful. For the service that was provided, the cost was very reasonable. We are hoping not to have to move house again anytime soon, but would really recommend On The Dot Removals to anyone that is.

On the Dot Removals made the whole painful process of moving so much better. They turned up, on the dot at 8.30 with the strongest, calmest men I've ever met. They packed our stuff with care and attention, were reassuring about the whole process throughout and were just the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. There were at the new place waiting for me while I got the keys and they unpacked in half the time.
On the Dot were worth every single penny. Moving house was the most stressful thing I've ever done and to have such an incredible team working to help me at the last stage took a lot of the pressure off me.
I did consider doing it myself, hiring vans and getting friends to help but I'm so glad I didn't attempt it.
I really cannot say enough nice things about On The Dot, they were just amazing.

Used these guys last week for a removal. Had a great experience from start to finish and couldn't fault them at all.
We moved from a 3 bed terrace to a 4 bed detached. The packing took 3 hours and the unload took about an hour and a half.
All 4 chaps were really friendly and approachable and the admin guys in the office were really patient and helpful while we battled with securing an actual exchange and completion date before hand.
I would recommend to anyone, especially with their price match.
