Pack & Go Removals is a family-run removal company in Bristol with over 18 years of experience helping people and businesses move with confidence. We provide professional removal services across Bristol and the South West, specialising in house removals, office removals, student moves, man and van services, packing and long-distance removals.

From a single item or a small flat move to a complete house or business relocation, our experienced team can take care of every stage of the move. We can help with packing, furniture dismantling and reassembly, careful loading, secure transport and placing your belongings where you need them in your new location.

What makes your company stand out?

Our fixed-price Bristol moves include free high-quality packing materials and Late Key Protection, giving customers extra peace of mind on moving day. We take a personal approach to every move, making sure our customers feel supported and looked after from start to finish. We treat their homes and belongings with care and respect, while staying flexible when plans change. We also reuse packing materials wherever possible and fund the planting of a tree for every house move we complete.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

We hold Public Liability Insurance and Goods in Transit Insurance for our removal services. Our team takes great care to protect customers’ belongings and properties, using professional moving equipment and protective materials throughout the move. In the unlikely event of damage, we ask customers to contact us as soon as possible so the matter can be assessed and handled fairly in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Our best advice is to plan ahead, take things one step at a time and choose a removal company you feel comfortable with and can trust. Moving home is a big change, but with the right support it can be a smooth and positive experience. After all, it’s not just about moving – it’s about starting a new chapter and making a new place feel like home.

Jerek really looked after us and his team were just as good too !
Turned up on time and both myself and my wife were relaxed and his team took care of everything . We have used him before on a couple of occasions and the same standard of service was given before too . Definitely recommended

Simply Fantastic! Jarek and his team were amazing on the day of our move and we wouldn't have been able to do it without them.

Jarek's communication was top class from the point of quoting, up to the day and on the day. He even came to our house to make sure the quote was accurate.

On the day the team were so quick and efficient to load at old house and de-load at new house. All the team were polite and friendly. They even checked all the boxes were in the correct rooms (they were) and offered to move any that weren't.

All of our stuff made it the other end safely bar an Ikea shoe unit where the door unfortunately came off. Jarek kindly took responsibility and offered to deduct from our bill but him and his team did such an amazing job it didn't feel right to do so.

For the price we paid they were invaluable and i will be recommending them to all friends and family who are moving!

We had a great experience moving with Jarek and the team at pack & go. Jarek was very responsive in the lead up and on the day of the move. The team tackled every unexpected tricky manoeuvre well, finding ways to get all our furniture moved out and in safely. Communication was great the whole way through and they took a huge amount of the stress out of the day. Would recommend for any move.

Jarek and Fabio helped me move house this week and were incredibly helpful. They arrived on time and were very efficient, managing to move all of my things in a relatively short amount of time. They dismantled items and reassembled them the other end for easier transit and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. Jarek was recommended to me by a friend, and I would definitely recommend Pack and Go Removals to others!
