Terrible experience. Cost a fortune, messed us around with the dates after we had paid our deposit and broke our furniture. Terrible customer service when we complained. It was the most stressful move from beginning to end. We have received much better service from companies costing less than a 10th of what Redcliffe charge. I definitely wouldn't recommend.
EDIT : I am a genuine customer but you didn't resolve our problems when we complained so you are only bothered as I've written this review. No malicious intent here but thanks for the insults.

From start to finish throughout what has been a really stressful process, Redcliffe Removals have been absolutely fantastic! Linda and the team did the most amazing job of moving us and making it as stress free as possible. They were so friendly and supportive, I cannot recommend them highly enough! Hopefully I won't be moving again any time soon but I would use Redcliffe again without a moment's hesitation.

A massive thank you to Linda (Clevedon & Nailsea branch) for all the help with our recent house move from Clevedon to Nottinghamshire. We had a few stressful weeks waiting for our house purchase to go through, but the customer service we received was absolutely outstanding and we cannot thank Linda enough. Redcliffe were friendly, professional and extremely reliable. Providing alternate options to assist us with our move. We cannot rate them highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. We recommend them to anyone looking for a truly positive moving experience. Thank you Linda, Andy & Kevin - it was a pleasure.

I used this Company before and was quite impressed with the whole experience. However, having chosen Redcliffe Removals for my second house move proved quite a different story from the previous one. The owner was basically quite happy to accept our moving dates (2, 3 or 4 July 2025) but without any warning whatsoever, he gave those dates to other customers and accepted their deposits. Our deposit had not been sent because, having had a verbal confirmation already, we were just waiting for a written confirmation from our rental agency. I had informed the owner (Redcliffe Removals) and the owner agreed to wait. Suddenly, we received an email informing us that the dates were no longer available. No phone call to discuss this, nothing. We were truly let down because the window for our move is much shorter now. We were trying to give this job to a local business, because we believe in supporting the community we live in. It is obvious that Redcliffe Removals do not have the same values. I've never used a removal service before and have always struggled with a hire van, several trips and long days so this was a first. On recommendation of a friend I chose to go for packing too and felt incredibly nervous about the whole process. I needn't have worried, Chris kindly helped me with any queries prior to the move and was a calm and friendly presence on both packing and moving day. Kevin who did the packing was an absolute star too - capable, kind and reassuring. The moving team treated my belongings and my home with the greatest of care and respect. The whole service exceeded expectations and I'd 100% recommend them. Thanks Redcliffe!
