What makes your company stand out?

Rock Steady is a well-established Removals company who are committed to providing exceptional service to each customer who supply a complete packing service in addition waste disposal and furniture assembly. Customer service relations in the key to how we operate.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

We have goods in transit insurance with coverage up to £10,000 with public liability insurance cover. We have to date, not damaged any items as the care we provide is exceptional.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Preparation is paramount when moving home or business and the best advice we can offer is to plan your move at least four weeks prior to moving. We take care of the rest and provide you with an outline of how the move will go.

Turns out there is a reason every review on here so far is 5 stars. Rock Steady were brilliant in every respect, from the communication before and during to the care and efficiency with which they went about their work. Our particular assignment wasn't simple in the end but George and the crew went over and above to make sure everything went smoothly, working two really long days for a really competitive price. The team were so friendly, I really enjoyed their company as well as the incredible job they did to help us move in to our new house.

100% recommend! They were friendly, organised and clear from quote to the big move. Not only hard-working and really professional, they were great to be around and made a stressful day really easy, even when our move took a lot longer than we originally thought it might due to some heavy pesky wardrobes and narrow stairways! Very impressed with their work ethic (and strength!) and general attitude to their work, you can't go wrong hiring these guys :)
