Really good service throughout our move. Smartmove provided clear communications beforehand about what to expect from them, and everything on the day of the move went smoothly. Everything was moved/ disassembled and reassembled and the guys were very helpful.

Another very successful move with Smartmove, relocating across the country. We used their full packing service, and the dismantling & re-assembly of furniture. Their team is really experienced, and professional from start to finish.

Huge thanks to the team; everybody we came across was so friendly and personable.
Jay first came to the house and I could tell he had plenty of experience which put me at ease; honest and knowledgeable. I met with a lot of removal companies and I knew form the start I'd go with Smartmove!
Becki and Evie provided us with a competitive quote and were always available should we need anything and answer our questions.
On the day, Harry and Julian got there on time, nothing was too much trouble and were both super friendly. Cracked on with everything, everything was loaded smoothly and unloaded super fast. Nothing was broken or damaged during the move. Re assembled our wardrobes and bed (without the instructions) which was a huge plus for us.
Can't say thank you enough for such a smooth move.

Smartmove did a fabulous job. The movers were exceptional. Things were packed with care, removed with care, and assembled correctly. There was not a single breakage, which I’ve never had in the 5 or so moves I’ve done. The team is made up of well mannered friendly people who go out of their way to ensure you have a good moving experience.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. We were very stressed about moving and the timing was awful. The smartmove team made it all so easy and were extremely personable. They packed up and moved our every belonging, all with a smile and not a single breakage. They came back to collect the empty boxes for reuse. We highly recommend them and will be using them for any moves going forwards.
