Simple booking via email, van driver turned up on time and was polite and friendly. £45 paid via bank transfer after being dropped off.
Nothing got damaged but it would have been nice to have had blankets/straps in the van for peace of mind. Some sort of booking system would be nice too.

Van OD were excellent value for removals between Bristol and Manchester. Communication could have been slightly quicker, but it all worked out well, especially considering I wasn't able to confirm the moving date until a few days before. The guys were very helpful and managed to cram all my things (from a 3 bed house) into just one van (and my car). In hindsight, 2 vans would've have been easier but they made it work!

I recently used Van OD to move flats and it was completely stress-free. I found the whole process of organising the removal much simpler than other companies online that ask for precise inventories, dimensions, weights, etc. (which are often impossible to give at the time of booking), and they were very quick to reply to my emails. The driver, Rony, and the other helper were both very friendly, quick and professional. They were very careful with my things, respectful to both properties and they let me jump in the van with them which was very convenient as I don’t drive. The price is also very reasonable. I would recommend them to anybody and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you! :)

These guys are the absolute best. Used them a few times now and they’ve always been punctual, efficient and got the job done that I booked them for. A million times easier than hiring a van myself!

I've used Van OD twice now for house removals. Robin was very efficient and helpful with the bookings. Both times the two removal people were excellent. They were friendly, professional and prompt. They took great care of all my belongings and got everything done in a timely and efficient manner. I've also found Van OD to be excellent value for money, as other removal quotes were much higher. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Honestly couldn't recommend enough! Great move this morning with Max who was super efficient. Was a breeze, thank you so much. Booking was easy, VanOD responsive and sorted move with short notice. Wicked. Cheers again
